* March 18th - Davis Lee Ruark, W/M, 30 years old, of Ocean Pines
UPDATE: This is his 2nd DUI.

ReplyDeleteThat trooper that turned his truck over on Super Bowl weekend in Somerset county and was supposedly given a DUI has never shown up on case search. I believe we have a little more cover-up going on there.

Worked with him a few years ago. He was a decent smart young man and very cordial to older people You really do not have to be drunk or even feeling any alcohol effects to get a D.U.I.Just make a wrong decision and drive.
