  4. I've been around for many years , 72 to be exact. I've seen storms , I've seen a lot of damaging storms .
We watch our country fall apart do to Obama and his muslims and apparently don't care. However , when we see a weather forecast that is so dramatized , we jump on the band wagon .
The weather channel is now one of the largest watched media in this country. It's good to know to take care and be careful , however , we don't need all the stupid drama. Good luck people of the forest , look around the trees and live.

  6. Pretty funny that even the weather.com doesn't show this stupid hurricane... which makes me believe it is a fake...

The radar would be showing this by now if there was a cat 3 hurricane coming...

  8. I don't know whats going to come of this storm but I know this, if this storm does hit and is extremely destructive, the Shore is going to find that the people who need to evacuate or get flooded out are not going to have any where to go. The hotels are full from the race. Thankfully the Ironman thing was cancelled so hopefully all those people went home.

I think by Saturday if I looks like its gonna hurt, people who don't live here need to roll out so our hotels are available for our people who need somewhere to stay.

  9. Watched the Weather Channel last night and they were all hyped up...like the little boy who cried wolf...then when a real disaster happens and folks are hurt, they will say we warned them. Leave off the darn sensationalism tell the facts and show the probabilities, stop trying to get ratings, truthfulness in reporting will go a long way in people making the right decisions!

  10. My prediction is for rain and a lot of it!
One nice thing about a hurricane is it cleans the atmosphere. We should have some really beautiful days following this storm.

  11. Will stay out to sea no question.
We should have substantial rain and wind from a low forming along the cold front that just came thru last night and will retrograde far enough back west to let the low ride up and over us. Which people will think is the hurricane, because they know no better.
It's all a conspiracy to get people to buy food, lumber, etc. This storm was going out to sea days ago, but the news media needs something other than politics right now.

  12. No wonder delmarva is so successful....at what I'm not sure but with all you brainiac weather forecasters it's no wonder the shore is the mess it's in....think potential for a Sandy like mess and be thankful if it doesn't happen.....you folks are dumb.....I'd at least prepare....always better to be safe then sorry.....

  13. WBOC has been a lot more dramatic about it than the weather channel.

  15. Rain storm, wind storm, snow storm it doesn't matter what kind of storm is threatening, people should always be prepared for the worst. Don't wait until the last minute then complain about not being able to get what you needed. Turn off the TV and do what needs to be done.

  17. Leave it to the backwoods small town sheeple to find a way to slur Obama and Muslims over a hurricane. Ah, well. At least i'll get to watch as you lose another election.
