    Shannon is on Probation in Delaware. very long history of drug abuse and crimes!!!!

    I hope Wicomico County notified Delaware.

    How Freaking embarrassing is this!! We have murders all over Salisbury and this is all Jim Ireton and the SPD want to do? Do a press release on 5 shop lifters!! This is a BIG WTF!!
