Well this is not exactly accurate Fogle perhaps should have gotten more, but he plea bargained. To say Woolsey "was growing cannabis" is about as much of an understatement you can make. He was actually was convicted in 2008 of attempting to distribute more than 7,000 pounds of marijuana. That's a bit more serious that "growing cannabis". I mean, really????????
People who are arrested for drinking and driving get more time than both of these people. They should change the law allowing drinking and driving from midnight to 4 am.
