    Yeah, well I did a "plaster patch" on the Frankford feed mill tower 20 years ago using very expensive preparation and patching materials. That patch holds tight today.

    Why didn't this last 20 years?

    This was where the city-leased crane fell over pnto the bridge and railing and knocked the crap out of it. What's there is a temporary fix - a full replacement is in the works.
