    annexation is but to increase incoming dollars through taxation. it does nothing for those annexed.

    Cant move the noise ordinance forward until the current projects are done, otherwise that one hour difference in their start and stop times will cause them to be months behind schedule....oh and since Day is in bed with the GG crew, cant forget that part.
