Once again the residents in the Camden Avenue neighborhood of Salisbury are being "shit" on by the lack of respect for homeowner ship and quality neighborhoods by Mayor Jim Ireton and the Salisbury city council....but this time they were literally "shit" on.
This morning my neighbor was taking her trash out when she saw the dirty scene as shown in the picture. Yes folks, that is human feces. To make matters worse, the squatter took the liberty to wipe his or her ass with their t shirt and and left it on the ground. This is what Salisbury has come to. And it's not only the fact that someone actually took a shit on my neighbor's property, it is also the fact that someone trespassed and came onto her private property.
My neighbor is a legal gun owner, and a damn good shot too. And I guess if my neighbor had seen this trespasser shitting on her property and pulled her gun out to protect herself and her property, she would be in jail and labeled the criminal. Thanks Mayor Ireton for fostering such respect and attention to the creation of good, safe, quality neighborhoods that make people want to own a home in Salisbury. Not!!! The homeowners are constantly "shit" on and we see this act as a symbol of how the homeowners in Salisbury are literally shit on by Mayor Jim Ireton's inability to make Salisbury a great place to live.

Our laws state that in order to protect our rights in this situation, we must all "decorate" our properties with "No Trespassing" signs.

That sign is useless until the cop shoes up and gives them an official paper stating not to come back again.

This is exactly the same kind of crap that used to happen to us when we lived in OC. Not a summer went by where someone didn't at least once do this. We've also experienced the shirt used as toilet paper. Taking a leak under our deck was an every night occurrence and several times a summer we would find vomit.

ReplyDeleteJust get a good dog and train it well. You can't shoot somebody for trespassing even if it's posted, but to my knowledge my dog can't read. However, my dog does obey commands.

ReplyDeleteWhat happened to all the news about slumlords and that they were going to be held accountable, over occupancy, abandoned properties, curfew for children, basketball apparatus on sidewalks,siding that is green all over the city, grass can't be taller than 8 inches. Weeds that have become 15' and taller. All this is right in the City of Salisbury. Checking on rental properties that have neglectful owners the ones that have been written up but not followed up on!!!! Want to move to Salisbury?

Since there is no exact definition for the discovery of unwanted defecation on one's property, I propose that we call it an "Ireton." So henseforth when we find an unwanted turd we can say "hey, I found an Ireton in my yard last night."

ReplyDeleteThis kind of disrespect, throwing food containers in the yards and streets, walking pit bulls and letting them deficate so people who don't even have dogs have their cleanup. Shouting nasty words to all around them, bouncing balls in the streets running between parked cars, holding up traffic by riding bicycles on only the back wheels, 5 and 6 of them across like the streets are not for traffic of cars. Fighting and arguing on the street corners. Smoking marijuana outside in front of everyone and anyone because they can. Visit the Presidents Neighborhood any day or night for their "SHOWS".
