    Right! Cops are to quick to use force. There was no need for what I just saw, medical emergency or not.

    I sure it was for his own good! Pepper spray for the inflammation, and the taser in case he was having a heart attack. They were only trying to help the man!!!

    After Ferguson and Baltimore I'd be doing more than this cop did , maybe a bullet or two in the privates . That would make him brain dead.

      Yeah. Let's just kill them all now! The man was trying to speak and couldn't. Had his hands up. Even having tremors. Anyone with half a brain can see this was a medical emergency.
