1044 no you don't. If it is about gathering information for the crime I would recommend or be arrested then District court commissioner will ask you the same information Police enforce politician agenda.
Both of these officers handled themselves and this situation perfectly and professionally. The driver is required to provide a current address and he refused - case closed. Driving is a privilege not a right. Quit trying to be roadside lawyers.
