The family of Michael Brown, the black teen killed last year by a white Ferguson police officer, plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the city, attorneys for the family said.
The civil suit will be announced Thursday morning in front of the St. Louis County Courthouse.
Attorneys Anthony Gray and Daryl Parks promised the lawsuit in early March after grand jury and Justice Department decisions not to charge Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting.
"They have accepted (Wilson's) self-defense," Parks told reporters at the time. "We do not accept his self-defense."
I hope Derrin Wilson gets an attorney pro bono and with the facts from Eric Holders Justic Dept. files a return lawsuit citing defamation of character, endangering his person and any other charge he can find.
All I can remember about his dad was how he kept saying "burn this bitch down"!,in regard to Ferguson.I hope that is played non stop in court during this trial.
Since Officer Wilson's actions were justified as far as the Grand Jury was concerned, no judge should be willing to hear the case - especially since civil cases do not carry as high a standard for 'conviction' or evidence!
These wastes of oxygen leeches are just trying to make the rest of their miserable lives easier on their wallets!

Maybe this time the real truth will come out in public and the witnesses that was criminalized by that racist states attorney will be allowed to testify, and not the hand picked liars that he selected. I hope they still realize that they are working in the devils kitchen.
