BALTIMORE (WJZ) — With Senator Barbara Mikulski’s announcement, now comes the race to succeed her as Maryland’s next US Senator.

So far, only one person—Congressman John Delaney—has stepped forward, saying he wants the job. Speculation is running rampant that others are considering running.
Senator Mikulski’s surprise announcement now opens the door to a long list of current and former Maryland political leaders who might be interested in the US Senate seat.
I'm sure a lot of people want her seat in the senate - why not, they will be taken care of for the rest of their life - just like what is happening with her. You should not be a senator or congressman/woman for life - should be 4 years only then it's someone elses turn - should be TERM LIMITS for every one of them.
well i have faith that the good citizens of maryland will be able to find a replacement who is just as compromised morally along with limited intelligence as she was/is!
Just one more yes vote to transform America it won't be anyone with honor !
