Put Your Seat Belts On Folks, The Joe Albero Show Is Back

It's been a few years but we are getting very close to securing a deal to bring back the weekly 30 minute television show once again on WRDE/NBC.

Much of our format will involve interviews with the Governor, Congressmen, Senators, Delegates and other elected officials in Worcester, Wicomico Counties as well as City Officials.

Part of my negotiation was to make it perfectly clear that my intent is to cover CONSERVATIVE minded representatives. I feel it is high time I bring forth representatives that are NOT placed on the defense in interviews like our LIBERAL television news stations have done for years and this is what will make us stand out.

No, we will not be attacking Liberals, not at all. However, what we will be doing is bringing you the OTHER SIDE. Something that has NEVER been done before in Maryland.

I am proud to have been selected to be the first to provide such coverage on a major Network Channel.
We'll keep you posted on the progress as there is a lot of loose ends we need to put together before the first segment. You may have noticed the WRDE Logo on the Site. We will be working hand in hand with WRDE on local news. TOGETHER we will produce a far better delivery of news and information here on the Shore.

WRDE/NBC can be seen on Comcast Channel 9 and on Direct TV Channel 31.

  2. Well good!

Just make sure you use some very talented writers that can "wordsmith" an aggressive conservative narrative as good or better than the Democrat SOCIALISTS you're up against.
    Best wishes!

  3. I give you a pat on the back , I see you growing in your faith of the country. Success is not easy , the truth will set you free. It will be my pleasure to gather information from your show that I know is true.
I will spread the word in my neighborhood!!

  4. I'm looking forward to the information center of the shore.

  5. Thank You ! this is the only place for any news around Salisbury that is truthful!

  6. Oh good, I'm ready and excited about this. Awesome, go Joe! Good Luck.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Good luck with your new show. We'll be sure to tune in if we can get it in our area.

  8. One word will suffice. VOMIT!!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Love this idea!! Will you consider having live studio audience for Q&a session?? Doesn't have to be all the time just so that we may have a platform to ask questions

    ReplyDelete
  10. Will this be available on your website or somewhere on the Internet?

    ReplyDelete
  11. 7:28 - why do you even come here?!

How about some old-school civility - like the rest of us had growing up.....

If you don't have something nice to say STFU!

    ReplyDelete
  12. 8:04, Oh, let JT vent. He's going to be dealing with the FBI very soon anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Joe - thanks - can't wait to see that FBI report...you gonna cover that one!?

    ReplyDelete
  14. LOL-Know nothing about the FBI but JT is going to be dealing with district court very soon. Let's just say he's written a check his ass certainly can't cash this time.

    ReplyDelete
  15. You won't post this but....here's the truth, you won't last as long as the Murph and Martinez!!

    ReplyDelete
  16. for those of us who have cut the cable; will there be a link ala vimeo or the like?
    this is exciting news Joe!

    ReplyDelete
  17. 8:41, why do you think I wouldn't publish that?

I have no problem with that challenge.

The show will not be a point, counter point format.

We will deliver the most intense and in depth interviews with the political representatives you elected.

Liberal media outlets are always doing stuff like, Mr. Hogan, Anthony Brown says this and O'Malley says that, how do you respond. Then they give Hogan 10 seconds and Brown four minutes.

NO MORE! I want 29 minutes of Governor Hogan and 1 minute of Joe Albero. That goes with ALL of the people I'll be interviewing.

Don't hate me just because I'm so beautiful! LOL

  18. Yes, we will also provide the show on line each week. It will air on a regular scheduled date on TV and we will follow the next day or later that day on Salisbury News with the same piece.

  19. I applaud WRDE for recognizing the job you do and the value you bring to media. This is hard earned and well deserved. You've taken a lot of negative shots, but as the saying goes "the truth hurts". I look forward to see more of the TRUTH be delivered in local news. Congratulations!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Congrats! It is about time that other media give you the respect you deserve. After all, you do most of their work for them! LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  21. WRDE has been coming on strong. This is another great move by them!

  22. I hope your comment about Taylor is going to happen. He is a disgusting human being and his so-called blog needs to be shut down. He is a liar and when given the facts, he continues to lie.

So glad that you are going to bring the truth in your interviews.

    ReplyDelete
  23. the status quo will not like this.

can you imagine the reaction from all the liberals as this show and format take off?

joe, you are a true leader, not afraid to take risks, and take heat from your enemies.

if there were only a million more like you we might stand a chance.

i know i don't have to ask this...but... please stick to your guns.

far too often we see the ones we vote for or align with get gobbled up by fame and fortune and lose sight of what got them there to begin with.

i hope and pray you'd don't fall victim to the 'got to get along' attitude where you sacrifice a principal to score a big interview.

  24. LOL-JT's pea green with jealousy over this. He posted one of his hate filled comments on FB and he said he was overwhelmed with the "amount of support" it received. All of like 16 comments! Too funny.
He' says Joe needs mental help.
FYI Jonathan Taylor YOU are the one who needs the mental evaluation. YOU are the one who because of your obsession with Everything Albero started a blog.
You spend your days trying to go after Albero with some Gotcha Moment and always fall flat. You are morbidly and perversely obsessed with Albero. You waste countless hours with a blog whose only mission is to try and take down Albero. You have allowed yourself to become a Useful Idiot for other Albero haters. What a hell of a way to spend your life! The world moves on-all except JT who sits around slobbering waiting for someone to send him some "bombshell" about Albero he can post.

  25. Taylor isn't worth thinking or writing about - so let's concentrate on what is the GOOD NEWS! Joe I am so excited to think you will have a TV Show. I did not catch your earlier show, so I am super excited about this one! WRDE is an awesome station with professional news. Can't wait until your show starts.

    ReplyDelete
  26. YES! Finally conservatives will have local support. This is such a smart move by WRDE. Kudos for them for doing it - and of course, best wishes to you Joe!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. You know what I love about this? A legitimate, proactive television station recognizes that the people spoke and the Owemalley and OwePollitt days are over. They are seeking to serve their audience in a meaningful way. Very smart of them!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Joe, just saw this. What terrific news! You certainly have hung in there despite all the attacks and have come out on the other side a big winner! Hopefully this will shut the whiners up! Looking forward to your show - keep us posted with details please.

  29. "He who laughs last, laughs best." I'd say you got the last laugh. Enjoy and keep telling the truth! Thanks for all you do.

  30. Now we know why WBOC is so upset and wants the viewers help....this is GREAT news, and I wish you all the best. I'll be watching. GO JOE!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Joe, I know Franchot is a Dem, but I think he has some great ideas and has supported Hogan. Would you consider interviewing him?

    ReplyDelete
  32. When you interview people like Governor Hogan, will you have a studio audience? I would really like to meet him and would love to see your show live and in person?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Man this will be good. Will you have guests on the show?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hey Joe = you're the man now!!! This is awesome news! Details needed!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Jumped on on lunch break to this news! Woohoo...my favorite news source now has TV too. Way to go.

    ReplyDelete
  36. will you allow your commenters to offer suggestions for interviews? I hope you do human interest in addition to politics. thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I can see it now, you and the Governor overlooking the ocean or bay while you discuss the new direction of Maryland. Loving this. I'd like to sign up for the audience!

    ReplyDelete
  38. I agree with other posters. How about an audience for some of your interviews? That would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Mr. Albero, I have been a reader for years. I don't always agree with you, but I have found that the majority of the time, you've got documentation to prove what you are saying. No other news is as detailed or comprehensive. I think it means a lot that this station has recognized the work you do by giving you a show. I look forward to watching. Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Joe Albero on TV? Are you kidding me? NOW things will get interesting! Seriously man, proud of you and looking forward to it.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hey Joe, it is obvious people are loving this. WRDE has hit the jackpot with this idea!

    ReplyDelete
  42. I can't tell you how nice it will be to see conservative people be able to express their views without someone trying to argue every point for the liberals. I bet those being interviewed will also enjoy being able to get out a complete thought without being interrupted. This type of show is long overdue in my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  43. if you are doing major interviews like the Governor, will we be able to suggest questions in advance through this blog? that would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  44. 10:59 am that' a great idea, it would be nice to have an audience when the governor is interviewed and be able to speak with him afterward. Joe, I'm so glad you are doing this broadcast. Hopefully, as time goes by, this will be expanded to an hour or more. This is such GREAT news I can hardly contain myself!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. In 2007 I first started to enjoy your news . You've come a long way , good luck sir.
Of course I don't think you need luck , a good choice of true politics .

    ReplyDelete
  46. I want to thank everyone for their support. I worked with WRDE years ago and they are incredible people. Back then we were both running our businesses on less than a hand full of people and we've both grown at an incredible rate.

Some of you have asked about an audience for the show. That's not going to happen.

First of all the studio will be exclusively set up for the show in an exclusive location. Everything will be dedicated for this show only.

We've all seen these small shows where the audience participation is jokingly minimal and when you hear applause, you hear a hand full of people clapping, NO THANKS!

The idea is to have everyone involved comfortable and relaxed and that's what I'll deliver.

I can't wait to get started but it will take some time to coordinate everything so please be patient.

Oh, as for my producer, WOW! Wait until you see what we deliver! There is NOTHING like it on the Shore.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I'm going to tell you how to make this an innovative stand out interview show.
Infuse reality TV with the interviews. Have production follow you.
Show starts by showing the "albero ranch, delmar DE" Joe with coffee in hand saying he's going to try and line up an interview w/so and so this morning. Film Joe emailing, on phone, etc.
Show the process from the beginning down to the actual interview.
Throughout interview w/guest, cut to Joe commenting (what is called "interview segment" in reality TV.)

    ReplyDelete
  48. EXCELLENT, LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Come on Joe....you're killing us here. LOL! We can't wait! Congratulations to you and to us too for what we will be getting as a result!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Disappointed about audience, but will you allow readers to suggest questions? That would be a nice touch. It would also make for even more interesting viewing, waiting to see if your question gets asked. Just an idea.

    ReplyDelete
  51. BAM! Now this will add some spice to local news. Great to see that a local TV station "gets it".

    ReplyDelete
  52. I think the idea of getting questions from our viewers for each representative is an awesome idea, count on it.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Nahhh Joe. All you are going to get from those questions would be some canned feel good answer and that would turn into a huge bore.
I like the reality idea. What would be interesting also would be for you to visit and film the politicians as they go about their days work.

    ReplyDelete
  54. 1:42 - I don't think you'd get canned answers from questions from viewers. That would only happen if Joe gave the questions ahead of time to the interviewee. That doesn't seem like Joe's style to me....he isn't into puff pieces. Are you Joe? LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Good Luck...

The local liberal media has a stranglehold on shaping the narrative to promote their ideology. This gives people that don't use the internet for their news the opportunity to see a different perspective.

It also gives local and state conservatives a platform to give their point of view without being interviewed by someone that actively opposes them.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Murph and Martinez advertised their show as "controversial". Well it turned out, not really, it was the same old liberal crap as usual. Anything remotely conservative on the airwaves in this area will truly be "controversial". Congratulations, you will be a breath of fresh air to the local airwaves.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Awesome Joe!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Cool! Where is WRDE broadcast from? We cut Direct TV and only have a digital antennae. We'll try to pick it up! What's the OTA station number?

    ReplyDelete
  59. I think you get all canned answers. Like if you ask about the heroin epidemic you hear how they've put together a task force. Or about the phosphorus management plan how they think it's a bad idea. No real solutions because in MD the conservatives hands are tied.

    ReplyDelete
  60. No Comcast and no Direct TV How do I watch WRDE?

    ReplyDelete
  61. This could lead to a talk show like Kramer had on Seinfeld.

    ReplyDelete
  62. A reality type show would be the bomb. You know Ireton would never ever agree to be interviewed by Joe. Joe could be filmed chasing Ireton down. Everyone loves Watter's World on O'Reilly and Hannity used to do a "Man on the Street" segment on his radio show.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Congrats, Joe--wonderful news and I'll look forward to seeing it!

    ReplyDelete
  64. How about I do one of those segments where I ask really stupid questions at SU or UMES like we publish on Salisbury News. You guys make up the ridiculous questions and I'll ask people on the spot.

    ReplyDelete
  65. LOL - on the late shows they ask American history questions and most people can't answer them - especially young people. You could probably ask an intelligent question and get a stupid answer. ROFL

    ReplyDelete
  66. I'm thinking like, If Jeb Bush were to be reelected as President, do you think his Wife Laura would be able to stand another 4 years in the White House?

    ReplyDelete
  67. LOL - THAT would really cause a lot of people to stumble. Love those kind of "trick" questions. People would have to have a sense of humor though.

    ReplyDelete
  68. What would really be interesting is to ask Wicomico County public school students some basic Civics/American History questions. Especially those going to the NEW schools that are supposed to improve their learning experience. NOW THAT WOULD BE OF INTEREST. Considering Wicomico is ranked in the bottom of the state, it might finally get through to those who think bright shiny new schools is somehow tied to what's learned in the classroom.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Joe,
As a long time reader and sometimes provocative commenter, I do sincerely want to congratulate you on 'being selected', ya see., I noticed that ;-) and, want to extend best wishes for the show and it's future.
There is one thing that I can say with all certainty., the show will be 'the truth'.

    ReplyDelete
  70. 5:38 - it might be even MORE interesting to ask the teachers. ROFLMAO

    ReplyDelete
  71. 5:38 the average adult can't answer most civic or history questions.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Why don't you do a podcast instead?

    ReplyDelete
  73. JT says that he has contacted that station and it ain't gonna happen. Also, that he is going to do a show there.

    What's the TRUTH?

    ReplyDelete
  74. so your are filming a show independently and giving it to them for air. Congrats

    ReplyDelete
  75. Does this explain why so much WBOC bashing of late? Probably part of your contract. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  76. LOL-Taylor's tried a One Up Ya and notified his McFlunkies that he's to be on WGMD again. The self promoting revelation got ZERO comments and 1 like. Taylor needs to stop trying to run with the Big Dogs.

    ReplyDelete
  77. JT is so jealous of Joe Albero, he just wants what someone else has achieved, he still hasn't learned that success takes a lot of work, that is always something JT avoided by his lazy rotund-nis. How many times has big blubber boy said he would not even mention Joe again on his blog? He's no media outlet, he is merely an Albero basher with no experience in business and his low level IQ, who really wouldn't have a blog audience except for those who don't like Joe. Has fat boy EVER had any kind of job? JT is such a stooge he doesn't even realize he's being used by some locals who have only advanced this cities demise by their failures.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I've never been able to pick up that station over the air (digital converter box) but I live off Nanticoke Road in Salisbury and I understand WRDE broadcasts from somewhere in DE, so I must be too far away.
