Chicago Cubs legend Ernie Banks dies at 83

Hall of Famer and former Chicago Cubs legend Ernie Banks has died at the age of 83. The two-time MVP slugged 512 career home runs and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1977.

    a classy gentleman who I really looked up to in the 50's and 60's. We could use people with his character nowadays - especially in the sports world
