Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah.) grilled Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson over his department’s failure to deport four members of a terrorist organization who were captured crossing illegally into the U.S.
During a Tuesday hearing, Chaffetz recalled that Johnson had previously promised four men nabbed crossing the Southern border in early September would be deported. The individuals were thought to have ties to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, an organization designated as a terrorist group by the State Department.
“Did you deport them?” the Utah representative asked Johnson.
“Uh, no. Not at this point,” Johnson answered.

The U.S. Postal Service is late with its annual financial report
The reason: Officials aren't certain whether a recent cyber attack affected financial data. NextGov reports, Postal officials have asked for a 15-day extension to file their 10-K form. The September attack compromised the personal information on 800,000 Postal employees. In an amended filing, General Counsel Thomas Marshall said an extensive process is underway to ensure the integrity of financial systems was not also harmed.
‘Set that f***in’ tree on fire!’ Protesters plan to ‘shut down’ Rockefeller Center tree lighting
Almost immediately following the news that an NYPD officer will not be indicted for the chokehold death of Eric Garner, plans to “shut down” tonight’s tree lighting at Rockefeller Center began to be issued on Twitter:

Al Sharpton Should Not Be Allowed Into The White House
President Obama was right about Ferguson when he told the American people last week, “We need to accept that this decision was the grand jury’s to make.”
If the president meant what he said, there are two immediate steps he would take.
First, he would tell Attorney General Eric Holder to stand down.
As former mayor and federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani has noted, given that the grand jury found not enough evidence to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Michael Brown, Holder ought to stand down in his attempt to bring a federal case.
Remember, several African-American witnesses have corroborated Wilson’s version of events, as did the forensic evidence.
Second, President Obama would never again have the Rev. Al Sharpton at the White House. In American life today, it’s hard to think of any figure more opposed to the idea of respecting a grand jury’s considered decision than our Rev. Al.
Certainly he showed that in Ferguson, immediately dismissing the grand jury’s decision because it wasn’t the indictment he’d demanded.
Closer to home, he also wants an indictment from the Staten Island grand jury in the case of Eric Garner, who died while resisting arrest this past summer.

The Awesome Way Americans Are Supporting Officer Wilson Is Driving the Race Baiters Crazy
Slowly but surely, some good has started to trickle out of the aftermath of the Ferguson situation.
After resigning from the Ferguson Police Department with no immediate hope for a new career, Darren Wilson was staring his financial future in the face.
It certainly wasn’t looking bright, until he got word of the amazing efforts of a few people who believed in him from the start.

Democrats Paved the Way for Their Own Decline
They have subordinated their traditional focus on helping working-class Americans move up the economic ladder in favor of other priorities.
Much has been said about the long-term demographic challenges facing the Republican Party. Given how dismally Republicans fare with African-American voters—Mitt Romney and congressional Republicans garnered only 6 percent and 8 percent, respectively, in 2012, and this year congressional Republicans got 10 percent—it matters how the GOP does with other minority voters.
In 2012, Romney picked up 27 percent and congressional Republicans received 30 percent of the Latino vote. This year, House Republicans got 36 percent. This doesn't matter that much in the House, because of natural residential patterns and, to a lesser extent, gerrymandering. But it is a big deal in presidential matters and in some Senate election years more than others (the Latino vote will be much more critical in the 2016 class of Senate seats than it was in the 2014 grouping).
But considerably less is being said about a parallel problem that Democrats are facing. Although the national red-blue maps of the partisan makeup of the House, the governorships, and, somewhat less so, the Senate are misleading in that they equate population with land area, the maps do illustrate where Democrats are strong and where they are not (interesting factoid: Only 14 percent of the land area in the U.S. is represented by a Democrat in the House). Increasingly, Democratic strength is concentrated primarily in urban areas and college towns, among minorities, and in narrow bands along the West Coast (but only the first 50-100 miles from the beaches) and the East Coast (but only from New York City northward). The South and the Border South, as well as small-town and rural America, are rapidly becoming no-fly zones for Democrats. Few Democrats represent small-town and rural areas, and the party is find it increasingly difficult to attract noncollege-educated white voters.

Will Body Cameras Solve the Ferguson Problem?
In the immediate aftermath of Michael Brown’s shooting, before we learned that he had not been shot in the back, that he had not had his hands up, that he had, in fact, attempted to grab Officer Wilson’s gun, I wrote in favor of requiring more police to wear body cameras. Assuming nothing about Wilson’s guilt or innocence, I wrote, “Cameras cannot repeal aggression, bias, rage or stupidity — but they can certainly diminish them. And with cameras, justice for the guilty — cop or civilian — is more attainable.”
In the wake of the grand jury’s decision not to indict Wilson, Brown’s parents have called for police to wear body cameras. I remain in favor, but the outright denial displayed by so many opinion leaders in this case makes me doubtful that even video evidence would be enough to calm the next storm if the victim of violence is black and the perpetrator white.
There was video evidence in this case: the convenience store robbery and strong-arming of the owner. Any fair-minded person would concede that while the footage didn’t prove that Brown attacked Wilson a few minutes later, it did severely undermine the legend that was being spun of Brown as a “gentle giant.” Yet most commentators on the left either ignored the store footage or suggested it was irrelevant. Missouri’s governor denounced the release of the video as a form of character assassination.
For reasons best known to themselves, Ferguson authorities chose to withhold Wilson’s account of the fatal encounter for many weeks. Arguably, this silence permitted the legend of a brutal, unprovoked attack on an “unarmed black man” to proliferate more than it otherwise might have.

D.C. Councilmembers react to gay slur at Marion Barry memorial
A memorial event honoring Marion Barry on the front steps of the Wilson Building Monday afternoon took a bizarre turn when the rally’s host used a gay slur, according to Washington City Paper Loose Lips reporter Will Sommer.
Sommer reports that “rally emcee Al-Malik Farrakhan urged disadvantaged Washingtonians to develop a political agenda and stop behaving like ‘f*ggots’ and ‘females.’”
Farrakhan is the founder and executive director of the local anti-gang group Cease Fire Don't Smoke The Brothers and Sisters. The memorial event focused on the legacy of the late Ward 8 Councilmember and his work to help ex-offenders overcome stigma and find employment after incarceration.

Opinions Versus Facts
Everyone seems to have an opinion about the tragic events in Ferguson, Missouri. But, as Daniel Patrick Moynihan used to say, “You’re entitled to your own opinion but you’re not entitled to your own facts.”
Soon after the shooting death of Michael Brown, this 285-pound young man was depicted as a “gentle giant.” But, after a video was leaked, showing him bullying the owner of a store from which he had stolen some merchandise, Attorney General Eric Holder expressed displeasure that the video was leaked. In other words, to Holder the truth was offensive, but the lie it exposed was not.
Many people who claimed to have been eyewitnesses to the fatal shooting gave opposite accounts of what happened. Some even gave accounts that contradicted what they themselves had said earlier.
Fortunately, the grand jury did not have to rely on such statements, though some in the media seemed to. What the grand jury had, that the rest of us did not have until the grand jury’s decision was announced, was a set of physical facts that told a story that was independent of what anybody said.
Three different medical forensic experts — one representing Michael Brown’s parents — examined the physical facts. These facts included the autopsy results, Michael Brown’s DNA on the door of the police car and on the policeman’s gun, photographs of the bruised and swollen face of policeman Darren Wilson and the pattern of blood stains on the street where Brown was shot.
This physical evidence was hard to square with the loudly proclaimed assertions that Brown was shot in the back, or was shot with his hands up, while trying to surrender. But it was consistent with the policeman’s testimony.

Here’s the “Controversial” Photo Sarah Palin Posted to Blast Obama Over Ferguson
Facebook is all abuzz over a new meme popularized by Sarah Palin.
Again, the former Alaska governor has proven she’ll always have the last laugh.
If you’re a conservative, everything since the midterms seems to have been specifically designed to raise your blood pressure to insane levels.
There was the executive action on immigration which was profoundly unconstitutional and contrary to the country’s wishes.

How To Not Get Shot By The Police
I’ve had a cop point a gun at me.
You can even see the picture of it – which, come to think of it, was probably a bad idea. Who puts his hands over his head and takes a snap of a police officer pointing a rifle at him? But, I was in full journalist mode covering 300 cops in riot gear running a bunch of dirty hippies from the Occupy Movement out of a park in Denver. Earlier, I had been up close to the line of cops taking pictures when they charged forward and they probably thought I was some kind of protest leader. Maybe I should have yelled, “Don’t shoot me, bro, I’m a Republican,” but I didn’t think of it.
I’ve also been pulled over quite a few times because of my lead foot, which always felt more like an annoyance than a threat. You get pulled over; you pay a lawyer; your ticket goes away. Repeat every 6-12 months.
Incidentally, that’s the first key to not getting shot by the police. Don’t think of the police as a threat. They’re really not going to randomly beat you, arrest you or shoot you for no reason whatsoever. It’s like a bee. Don’t start swatting at it and chances are, it’s not going to sting you.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson admitted today that the agency released two terrorists into the U.S.
Two Turkish men who admitted to being part of terrorist groups were caught crossing the border, but a judge ordered Homeland Security to set them free.
The Washington Times reports that they have since fled to Canada.

Your Odds Of Surviving Cancer Depend Very Much On Where You Live
In the United States, 9 out of 10 kids diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia will live. In Jordan, the survival rate is 16 percent.
And while cervical cancer patients have a five-year survival rate of over 70 percent in countries like Mauritius and Norway, the rate in Libya is under 40 percent.
That's the sobering news from the largest cancer study ever published. It surveyed more than 27 million patients and reveals a huge gulf in cancer survival worldwide.
But there's good news as well. "In most countries, survival from some of the commonest cancers has been improving," says Dr. Michel Coleman from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, one of the study's authors.
More people are surviving breast cancer, colon cancer and stomach cancer than ever before, especially in the U.S. and Europe. The survival rate for breast cancer in France and Finland, for example, is 87 percent. The data from other regions are also encouraging. Brazil's breast cancer survival rate has gone up from 78 percent in 1995-99 to 87 percent in 2005-09

Cardin Statement on “Super Pollutants Act of 2014”
WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.), a senior member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, released the following statement on S.2911, the “Super Pollutants Act of 2014,” which was considered at an EPW committee hearing today.
“Climate change is real, and it is a threat whose magnitude is impossible to overstate. TheSuper Pollutants Act of 2014 is a rare example of bipartisan action to address some of the most intense greenhouse gases, like black carbon, methane and hydro fluorocarbons. These super pollutants contribute a more intense greenhouse effect, per weight, than carbon dioxide. Because they warm the climate at a rate thousands of times greater than carbon dioxide, measured reductions in super pollutants could provide immediate relief from extreme climate-related impacts.
“Senators Murphy (D-CT) and Collins (R-ME) are working across the aisle by sponsoring legislation that takes several important steps forward to address super pollutants. By establishing an interagency task force on climate pollutant mitigation that includes all relevant parties, we can begin to identify and recommend the most effective strategies to reduce these seriously harmful pollutants. By directing the development of comprehensive plans to address black carbon emissions from an array of sectors both domestically and internationally, the bill would improve air quality and public health. It also would urge the EPA to extend the Clean Air Act to increase initiatives for recycling hydro fluorocarbons, work with the Department of Energy to promote energy-efficient refrigerants, and phase out the sale of residential equipment that uses climate-damaging compounds. The bill also would mandate that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission analyzes methane leaks and venting from coal mining, gas drilling and other heavily polluting practices, and would direct multiple federal agencies and departments to issue guidance to other countries on controlling these types of emissions. Together, these measures could begin to reduce the releases of super pollutants and stem the impacts of climate change.
“I am thankful to Senators Chris Murphy and Susan Collins for their commitment to bipartisan action, and I urge my colleagues to join in supporting this consequential legislation.”

New York Prepares for Riots As Grand Jury Weighs Eric Garner Decision
Rev. Farrakhan says Islam permits attacks on whites for crimes of police
His crime? Allegedly selling cigarettes not approved and taxed by the state. Garner was knocked to the ground and a white police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, strangled him to death. The suffocation was exacerbated by the fact Garner suffered from asthma.
Unfortunately, the racial component of this murder will feed the race war hysteria coming out of Ferguson, Missouri. It will allow the race war opportunists to promote their agenda.
The race war opportunists have managed to pave over the larger issue – out of control federally militarized cops at war with citizens. All races in the United States suffer from police violence.
Following riots in Ferguson and black-on-white murder in St. Louis in reaction to a grand jury decision exonerating policeman Darren Wilson, race war activists justified the destruction of private property (including property owned by black merchants) and disrupting commerce.
The latest call for violence has come from perennial firebrand Rev. Louis Farrakhan. On Saturday, Farrakhan delivered a speech at Morgan State University, a black college in Baltimore. He said Islam permits a “law for retaliation” and violence should be used following the Michael Brown and Eric Garner grand jury decisions.
“Watch now, because once it starts, it’s on. You may not want to fight, but you better get ready. Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can,” he said, referring a Molotov cocktail.

A Bad Tax Law Puts The Government In The Preaching Business
Flawed and cumbersome tax laws afflict taxpayers everywhere, but few are as irksome, as silly and as constitutionally dangerous as Maryland’s “stormwater remediation fee,” also known as “the rain tax,” including whatever penumbras and emanations that followed. Gov.-elect Larry Hogan, a Republican, vowed during his campaign to free taxpayers from the overreaching state law that claims to protect the Chesapeake Bay and other waterways from polluted runoff, flooding and erosion. Together with others, he argues persuasively that it amounts to little more than a weather levy, with accompanying clouds.
Gov. Rick Perry of Texas describes the rain tax as an example of how the state overtaxes its residents, and he invites Maryland businesses to relocate to Texas, where the sun shines on business every day. Democratic legislators nevertheless troll for new ways to tax, but this time they have maybe gone too far.
The Washington Post reports that Maryland has offered tax incentives to religious congregations that can prove they are complying with the Maryland law’s mandates and their ministers are preaching “green” ideology from the pulpits. The churches, synagogues and mosques get modest relief, but in practice the tax man doubles as extortionist. The Constitution makes no exception to the First Amendment for a federal, state or local government to monitor or prescribe theology, however passionate the accountants and budget-makers may be. If the state of Maryland can write theology about the weather, it can monitor the Roman Catholic doctrine of the infallibility of the pope, or whether the Baptists can preach deep-water baptism.

Poultry Plant Opponents Urged To Fight For Justice
MILLSBORO — Sacoby Wilson told residents who oppose a proposed chicken processing plant near Millsboro that if they want to be heard, they might have take an old-school approach.
Wilson, an assistant professor at the University of Maryland who holds a doctorate in environmental health, said environmental justice is a social movement, and that if concerns are not addressed and questions are not answered, sit-ins might be the solution.
“You cannot assume the government is going to do the job you're supposed to do,” he said. “It's your story. You have to use your own voice.”
The grassroots group Protecting Our Indian River, which recently appealed a special use permit to convert the former Vlasic pickle plant near Millsboro into a chicken processing plant, and the Socially Responsible Agricultural Project invited Wilson to Millsboro Nov. 5 to outline what environmental justice means, what locals can do and how residents can ensure that a health-impact study is conducted before the plant is up and running.

50 Cent reportedly can't even withdraw that amount from his personal bank account after he has failed to pay a $17 million judgment against him.

A source close to 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson III, said the rapper had complete access to his business accounts but his personal account was frozen, according to an article on Monday by TMZ.

US resorts to Illegality To Protect Failed Policies
In a blatant and massive market intervention, the price of gold was smashed on Friday
In a blatant and massive market intervention, the price of gold was smashed on Friday. Right after the Comex opened on Friday morning 7,008 paper gold contracts representing 20 tonnes of gold were dumped in the New York Comex futures market at 8:50 a.m. EST. At 12:35 a.m. EST 10,324 contracts representing 30 tonnes of gold were dropped on the Comex futures market: No relevant news or events occurred that would have triggered this sudden sell-off in gold. Furthermore, none of the other markets experienced any unusual movement (stocks, bonds, currencies).

Total US Debt Rises over $18 Trillion
Last week, total US debt was a meager $17,963,753,617,957.26. Two days later, as updated today, on Black Friday, total outstanding US public debt just hit a new historic level which probably would be better associated with a red color: as of the last work day of November, total US public debt just surpassed $18 trillion for the first time, or $18,005,549,328,561.45 to be precise, of which debt held by the public rose to $12,922,681,725,432.94, an increase of $32 billion in one day.
It also means that total US debt to nominal GDP as of Sept 30, which was $17.555 trillion, is now 103%. Keep in mind this GDP number was artificially increased by about half a trillion dollars a year ago thanks to the "benefit" of R&D and intangibles. Without said definitional change, debt/GDP would now be about 106%.
It also means that total US debt has increased by 70% under Obama, from $10.625 trillion on January 21, 2009 to $18.005 trillion most recently.

8 States Where Gas will Drop Below $2
Experts have already begun to mention the chance that the average price for a gallon of regular gas will drop below $2 in some parts of America. There are several states where this is highly likely. As a matter of fact, the prices in these states could drop below $2 as early are the start of next year
Most of the states likely to post sub- $2 gas have three things in common. These are the general drop in oil prices, proximity to large refineries, and low state gas taxes.
The first among these has already begun to have an out-sized influence. Oil has fallen below $66. Just five days ago, the price was nearly $80. In late June, it was close to $100. If oil stays below $70, it could knock $.20 to $.30 off the average price of a regular gallon of gas nationwide by itself, if the evidence of the last month as an indication. Over that period, the price of gas nationwide has dropped from $3.03 to $2.79, according to Gasbuddy.
The eight states were gas prices are likely to fall below $2 are Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Missouri, and Tennessee.
Several of these are either on the Gulf of Mexico or states adjacent to ones that are. Each already has gas prices below $2.60. In all but one, the price has continued to fall over the last several days.

THE OBLIGATORY PHOSPHORUS MANAGEMENT TOOL POST: HOW A REGULATION BECOMES A LAW
We’ve decided not to do a short overview of the recently announced Phosphorus Management Tool (PMT) regulations from the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA). The feeling is another overview of the regulations would be redundant and fall on an audience who has heard enough about PMT. You’ve all heard how the regulations will potentially impact nutrient management plans for your farm. Plus it is diving into science, and we really are not scientists (though Paul does admit to dressing as a scientist for Halloween many years ago).
Basic Overview
Instead, we will overview a less complicated issue: how a regulation becomes a law. We should quickly point out that regulations carry the same weight of law as a statute passed by the General Assembly or ruling of a court. After the legislative branch passes a law and it is signed by the executive branch, the law is sent to the appropriate executive branch agency. The agency will then develop regulations through collecting data and holding hearings to collect evidence on the best way to implement the law. Once the agency determines the best way to conduct the law’s implementation, the agency will draft a proposed regulation.
Proposed regulations are published in the Maryland Registerand the public is given 30 days to comment. During the comment period, the public is encouraged to give feedback on the proposed regulation (positive or negative). At the end of the comment period, the agency will review the comments to determine if they contain new policy arguments, new data, or criticisms. Based on this, the agency can 1) make no changes; 2) make changes but get the Attorney General to certify that the change is not substantial and the certification is published in the Maryland Register, or 3) the changes are substantial and the process starts over (publishing a revised regulation with comment period).
If the agency decides to make no changes or changes that are not substantial, then the regulation is submitted to the Joint Committee on Administration, Executive, & Legislative Review (ALER) 15 days before the regulation is published in the Maryland Register. ALER is made up of 20 members, 10 from the Maryland House of Delegates and 10 from the Senate, and has the job of reviewing regulations to determine if they are in line with legislative priorities and meet procedural due process (or insuring that the regulation does not deny a citizen life, liberty, or property interest without first giving them an opportunity to be heard). ALER can delay or formally oppose a regulation’s adoption. If ALER formally opposes a regulation, then the regulation can only be implemented with the Governor’s approval.
If ALER does not oppose the regulation, then it is published one last time in the Maryland Register as a final rule and goes into effect 10 days after publication. It is at this point the regulation carries the weight of law and can be enforced.

Former Democratic Congressional Aide Pleads Guilty To Sexual Assault
A former Democratic congressional aide pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexually assaulting two women in 2010.
Donny Ray Williams Jr., 37, who served as a staff director for the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs subcommittee, pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual abuse, two misdemeanor counts of sexual abuse and one count of misdemeanor threats.
Prosecutors say that on July 22, 2010, Williams invited a female congressional colleague to his Capitol Hill apartment and promised to introduce her to Senate employees. At the house, prosecutors said, Williams spiked a drink with Ambien. The woman, according to court documents, fell into a “deep sleep,” at which point Williams raped her.

Fanning The Flames In Ferguson
The climactic uproar in Ferguson, Mo., a week ago took a zany turn when the “we want peace” message of Michael Brown’s family rotated 180 degrees to the imperative command, “burn this bitch down,” hollered repeatedly by stepfather Louis Head outside the grand jury headquarters as the decision was announced. The assembled crowd dutifully obliged and burned down many of the businesses that the local population depends on for routine commerce.
The scripted quality of these events seemed as formally predictable as an 1856 minstrel show, and the parallel is worth reflecting on because the nation appears determined to explode again in some kind of a civil war —bearing in mind Karl Marx’s advisory that “history repeats, first as tragedy, then farce.” As is the case with many show-biz extravaganza’s of our time the script had many authors.
First were the cable TV news venues, led by the race hustlers at CNN, whose limitless pandering to the intemperance of black viewers played a large part in cultivating the mood of injustice that failed to square with the objective reality of Michael Brown’s shooting at the hands of policeman Darren Wilson. Every conceivable delusion generated by the event was nurtured to the max in order to amp up the melodrama at the expense of clarifying what had happened. In the end, CNN celebrities Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper got the explosion of violence that their producers had worked so hard to fuel.

PMT public comment period opens
EASTON — Proposed Phosphorus Management Tool regulations were published Monday in the Maryland Register, which sparked a 30-day public comment period opened by Maryland Department of Agriculture.
Outgoing Gov. Martin O’Malley submitted the regulations to the Administration, Executive and Legislative Review Committee in November, starting the regulations’ implementation process.
“While Maryland farmers have met all of the nitrogen goals under the Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP), there are concerns with obtaining agriculture’s phosphorus goals,” MDA Secretary Earl “Buddy” Hance said in a statement Monday.
“The governor has been committed to adopting the regulations to fulfill Maryland’s commitment to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Maryland’s WIP to update the current phosphorus risk assessment tool (the Phosphorus Site Index),” he said.

Rand Paul Slams Benghazi “Cover Your Ass”
"They will continue to cover up. I will continue to seek the truth"
Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has issued a blistering response to the House Benghazi report released late Friday, on Thanksgiving weekend, which exonerated anyone from blame for the 2012 terrorist attack on the US consulate in Libya.
The report, compiled by the House Intelligence Committee concluded that “There was no intelligence failure prior to the attacks,” prompting Paul to fire back “This one sentence tells us how seriously we should take this report.”
“Benghazi was the definition of an intelligence failure.” The Senator said, adding “It was, in fact, one of the worst intelligence failures in our history, a strategic blunder that resulted in the murder of a U.S. Ambassador and three other Americans.”
Paul pointed a finger at the Obama administration and singled out Hillary Clinton, explaining that no one in their right mind has ever disputed there were intelligence failings, until now.
“It might be time to rename the House ‘Intelligence’ Committee.” Paul wrote in an op-ed for Breitbart.
The Senator reminds readers that there are scores of unanswered questions, and that sweeping them all under the rug or covering them up with talking points, as the administration has done, is unacceptable. Paul also countered an AP report debunking questions over Benghazi as “hinting at dark conspiracies.”

DRUNK HILLARY TO REHAB?
Here’s the problem with ignoring stories from “The National Enuqirer” like “Drunk Hillary”: They broke the John Edwards story when everyone else ignored it and the same goes with dozens of other political bombshells that we’d never know about because of an unwilling press.
Now it’s drunk Hillary? Here ya go!
Hat tip – yep – National Enquirer:
A “boozed-up” Hillary Clinton suffered a secret collapse during a recent vacation – and now worried advisers want her to do a secret stint in rehab before her White House run!
Sources close to the former First Lady and ex-Secretary of State revealed the hush-hush “Rehab Before White House” plan to The National ENQUIRER in advance of Hillary’s formal announcement to be a 2016 presidential candidate, touted for early next year.
A high-level insider told The ENQUIRER: “Hillary’s social drinking has gone out of control!

Md.’s Senate President Says ‘Rain Tax’ Could be Changed
ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Maryland’s Senate president says there could be some changes to the state’s so-called “rain tax,” but he doesn’t expect it to be repealed.
Republican Gov.-elect Larry Hogan has said the stormwater management fee is one of the taxes he’d like to get rid of.
Ten Maryland counties with large populations impose fees to help reduce pollution from stormwater runoff. Critics of Maryland’s tax code have long been unhappy about the fees. Democratic Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller said Tuesday that he doesn’t believe the state will stop requiring those counties to spend money to protect the Chesapeake Bay from pollutants.

Seventh-Grader Accused of Snorting Candy Will Reportedly Have Drug Possession as Part of His Permanent School Record
A New Mexico middle school student accused of inhaling ground-up Smarties candies at school last month says he has learned that his school record will now permanently reflect the charge of drug possession.
School administers last month accused Andrew Stonelake, 13, along with two other students of crushing and snorting the candies on the campus of Marshall Middle School in Clovis, New Mexico. Stonelake’s mother, Kelly Cook, said the the boy denies the charges, and that the school is overreacting.
Cook told KRQE that her son and a couple of other students had crushed up Smarties and were just “blowing smoke out at each other” and “horse playing.”

Conservative leaders gang up to block Jeb Bush, say he opposes Reaganism
Conservative leaders who had a hand in key Republican victories including Ronald Reagan’s presidency, the Contract with America and the birth of the Tea Party, are ganging up to oppose a Jeb Bush presidential bid, declaring him easier to beat than Bob Dole or John McCain.
“I don’t know of any conservatives who are supporting him,” said Richard Viguerie, chairman of ConservativeHQ.com.
“Jeb is a very good moderate Democrat,” added top-rated talk radio host Mark Levin. “He's very boring. He doesn't elicit excitement and energy outside a very small circle of wealthy corporatists and GOP Beltway operatives. Time to move on.”

Sussex Council Changes Public Comment Period
If you want to speak to Sussex County Council during its public comment period, prepare to wait. How long? It's anyone's guess.
Council has changed the timing of public comment at meetings – a change that is drawing public criticism. The public now has to wait until after council returns from executive sessions – and no one knows how long each executive session will last.
One regular speaker at council meetings has filed a Freedom of Information Act complaint with the Delaware Attorney General's Office against the agenda change. Dan Kramer of Greenwood says a public vote by council members was required to make the agenda change. Sussex officials dispute that claim.

Farmers blast McAuliffe’s hunger game
RICHMOND, Va. — Market-minded Virginia farmers aren’t buying into Terry McAuliffe’s government initiative aimed at feeding more hungry children.
“If the governor really wants to help, he should call off his bureaucratic army that tyrannizes affordable, local food commerce,” said Joel Salatin, owner of Polyface Farm in Swoope.
Bernadette Barber, head of Virginia Food Freedom, opined, “How much better would it be to allow a child to grow his own broccoli, make soup and sell it to his friends?”

Democrat La. Mayor Encourages Voter Fraud
A conservative political action committee released a video Monday on YouTube allegedly showing a Democratic mayor urging voter fraud during a recent private event for Louisiana Sen. Mary L. Landrieu.
In the video, Opelousas, Louisiana, Mayor Donald Cravins Sr., whose son is Ms. Landrieu’s chief of staff, tells the event’s attendees to vote as many times as possible.
“If you early voted, go vote again tomorrow,” Mr. Cravins is heard saying on the video, presumably made the day before the Nov. 4 elections and posted Monday by the Black Conservative Fund. “One more time’s not going to hurt.”

Communism Survivor: Common Core Looks Scary Familiar
A mother of three who came to America because of its reputation as a “shining city on a hill” is pleading with her state lawmakers to flee Common Core any way they can, calling it nothing less than the “communist core” she endured while growing up in China.
“Common Core, in my eyes, is the same as the communist core I once saw in China,” Lily Tang Williams told the Colorado state Board of Education recently.
“I grew up under Mao’s regime, and we had the communist-dominated education – nationalized testing, nationalized curriculum and nationalized indoctrination.”
Her testimony was reported by PJMedia, which said she warned against comparing test scores of American children with Chinese students.
“I am telling you, Chinese children are not trained to be independent thinkers,” she said. “They are trained to be massive skilled workers for corporations. And they have no idea what happened in Tiananmen Square in 1989 where government ordered soldiers to shoot its own 1,000 students.”

Black Sheriff: Political Leadership Stoked Ferguson Fires
Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says government officials from the White House on down to local leaders "stoked the flames of racial discord" with their comments about the turmoil in Ferguson, Missouri.
"You can poke at the media … [saying they] did some things that were questionable. That's true, but you know what? This also came from some of the political leadership as well," Clarke said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"That may have fueled the media even more because as you know race is an explosive issue in this country. It always has been and it always will be.
"But instead of stoking flames of racial discord, people like President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and Gov. Jay Nixon of Missouri and Sen. Claire McCaskill and others.... I expect them to behave differently regardless of what the media is doing."
Clark was particularly critical of Holder, who he said is guilty of "shameful conduct" in talking about the shooting of black teen Michael Brown by white Police Officer Darren Wilson.
"He's supposed to try to remain natural and not take sides and keep his powder dry when some of these things are going on, especially where he might play a role later on in making a determination as to whether or not something more is warranted," Clarke said.

Texans Armed With Rifles Follow Ferguson Rioters... Here's How That Ended
Anyone who thinks that guns cause crime needs to see this.
It shows how three people with firearms prevented a lot of crimes – and possibly an entire city from descending into riots.
Messing with Texas: it’s something we here at Conservative Tribune are firmly and repeatedly on record as saying that you don’t do.
A group of rioters, apparently hoping to affect a national rollout of the violence in Ferguson, began protesting in Dallas, using the same tactics as their brethren in Missouri.

White House: Muslim Brotherhood Not a Terrorist Group
Citing what it calls the Muslim Brotherhood's "non-violent" nature, the White House has rejected a petition with close to 200,000 signatures calling on the Obama administration to declare the group a terrorist organization.
The petition was posted on "We the People," a White House web portal, on July 7, 2013. It says the Muslim Brotherhood has shown "that it is willing to engage in violence and killing of innocent civilians in order to invoke fear in the hearts of its opponents."
But the White House did not respond until Monday, when it rejected the petition.
"We have not seen credible evidence that the Muslim Brotherhood has renounced its decades-long commitment to non-violence," the White House said.
The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in 1928 and active in more than 70 countries, has a long history of supporting violence and terrorism. That history, the Investigative Project on Terrorism has noted, "includes collaboration with Nazi Germany, calls for the destruction of Israel, and support for attacks against American troops."

Md. To Consider Ending Film Tax Credits
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland lawmakers will be talking about whether the state should stop giving tax credits to attract film productions.
A hearing is set in Annapolis on Tuesday to discuss a report by nonpartisan state analysts. They are recommending Maryland’s film production tax credit be allowed to end as scheduled in July of 2016. That’s because economic development activity sparked by movies and TV shows doesn’t last after production ends.
Maryland has handed out $62.5 million in subsidies to Hollywood studios between fiscal years 2012 and 2016. Most of that money has gone to two shows: “House of Cards” and “Veep.”

I'm going to kill you when I find you. Don't think I won't, I know where you and your parents live and all I'll need is one phone call to kill you all.....mufcadnan123

Re: Watch your back.
Hello mufcadnan123!
Hello mufcadnan123!
You don't need to "find" me. My address is 9175 Kornbrust Circle , Lone Tree , CO 80124. Luckily for you, there are daily DIRECT FLIGHTS from Heathrow to Denver.
Here's what you will need to do.
Here's what you will need to do.
After arriving at Denver and passing through customs, you will need to catch the shuttle to the rental car facility. Once in your rental car, take Pena Boulevard to I-225 south. Proceed on I-225 south to I-25 south. Proceed south on I-25 to Lincoln Avenue which is exit 193. Turn right (west) onto Lincoln . Proceed west to the fourth light, and turn left (south) onto Ridgegate Boulevard . Proceed south, through the roundabout to Kornbrust Drive .. Turn left onto Kornbrust Drive and then take an immediate right onto Kornbrust Circle . I'm at 9175.
Just do me one favor. PLEASE wear body armor. I have some new ammunition that I want to try out, and frankly, close-quarter body shots without armor would feel
almost unsporting from my perspective. That and the fact that I'm probably carrying a good 50 I.Q. points on you makes it morally incumbent upon me to spot you a
tactical advantage.
However, being that you are a miserable, trembling coward, I realize that you probably are incapable of actually following up on any of your threats without losing control of your bowels and crapping your pants while simultaneously sobbing yourself into hyperventilation. So, how about this: why don't you contact the main mosque here in Denver and see if some of the local musloids here in town would be willing to carry out your attack for you?
After all, this is what your "perfect man" Mohamed did (pig excrement be upon him). You see, Mohamed, being a miserable coward and a con artist, would send other men into battle to fight on his behalf. Mohamed would stay at the BACK of the pack and let the stupid, ignorant suckers like you that he had conned into his political cult do the actual fighting and dying. Mohamed would then fornicate with the dead men's wives and children. You should follow Mohamed's example! Here is the contact info for the main mosque here in Denver:
Masjid Abu Bakr

I'm sure they would be delighted to hear from you.
Frankly, I'm terribly disappointed that not a SINGLE musloid here in the United States has made ANY attempt to rape and behead me. But maybe I haven't made myself clear enough, so let me do that right now.
I will NEVER, EVER, EVER submit to Islam. I will fight Islam with every fiber of my being for as long as I live because Islam is pure satanic evil. If you are really serious about Islam dominating the United States and the world, you are going to have to come through me.
You are going to have to kill me. Good luck with that.
And understand that if you or some of your musloid boyfriends do actually manage to kill me, The Final Crusade will officially commence five minutes later, and then, despite your genetic mental retardation, you will be made to understand with crystal clarity what the word "defeat" means. Either way, I win, so come and get it.

What it takes for a Lib to have a change of heart:
Heart on the Line
By Frank Schaeffer
The Washington PostBefore my son became a Marine, I never thought much about who was defending me. Now when I read of the war on terrorism or the coming conflict in Iraq, it cuts to my heart. When I see a picture of a member of our military who has been killed, I read his or her name very carefully. Sometimes I cry.In 1999, when the barrel-chested Marine recruiter showed up in dress blues and bedazzled my son John, I did not stand in the way. John was headstrong, and he seemed to understand these stern, clean men with straight backs and flawless uniforms. I did not. I live in the Volvo-driving, higher education-worshiping North Shore of Boston. I write novels for a living. I have never served in the military. It had been hard enough sending my two older children off to Georgetown and New York University. John's enlisting was unexpected, so deeply unsettling. I did not relish the prospect of answering the question, "So where is John going to college?" from the parents who were itching to tell me all about how their son or daughter was going to Harvard. At the private high school John attended, no other students were going into the military."But aren't the Marines terribly Southern?" asked one perplexed mother while standing next to me at the brunch following graduation. "What a waste, he was such a good student," said another parent. One parent (a professor at a nearby and rather famous university) spoke up at a school meeting and suggested that the school should "carefully evaluate what went wrong."When John graduated from three months of boot camp on Parris Island, 3,000 parents and friends were on the parade deck stands. We parents and our Marines not only were of many races but also were representative of many economic classes. Many were poor. Some arrived crammed in the backs of pickups, others by bus. John told me that a lot of parents could not afford the trip.We in the audience were white and Native American. We were Hispanic, Arab, and African American, and Asian. We were former Marines wearing the scars of battle, or at least baseball caps emblazoned with battles' names. We were Southern whites from Nashville and skinheads from New Jersey, black kids from Cleveland wearing ghetto rags and white ex-cons with ham-hock forearms defaced by jailhouse tattoos. We would not have been mistaken for the educated and well-heeled parents gathered on the lawns of John's private school a half-year before. After graduation one new Marine told John, "Before I was a Marine, if I had ever seen you on my block I would've probably killed you just because you were standing there." This was a serious statement from one of John's good friends, a black ex-gang member from Detroit who, as John said, "would die for me now, just like I'd die for him."My son has connected me to my country in a way that I was too selfish and insular to experience before. I feel closer to the waitress at our local diner than to some of my oldest friends. She has two sons in the Corps. They are facing the same dangers as my boy. When the guy who fixes my car asks me how John is doing, I know he means it. His younger brother is in the Navy. Why were I and the other parents at my son's private school so surprised by his choice? During World War II, the sons and daughters of the most powerful and educated families did their bit. If the idea of the immorality of the Vietnam War was the only reason those lucky enough to go to college dodged the draft, why did we not encourage our children to volunteer for military
service once that war was done?Have we wealthy and educated Americans all become pacifists? Is the world a safe place? Or have we just gotten used to having somebody else defend us? What is the future of our democracy when the sons and daughters of the janitors at our elite universities are far more likely to be put in harm's way than are any of the students whose dorms their parents clean?I feel shame because it took my son's joining the Marine Corps to make me take notice of who is defending me. I feel hope because perhaps my son is part of a future "greatest generation." As the storm clouds of war gather, at least I know that I can look the men and women in uniform in the eye. My son is one of them. He is the best I have to offer. He is my heart.
