I've been reading some of the articles in NY papers when this first happened and evidently Eric Garner was known to police for selling "loosies" slang for individual cigarettes. He used to stand outside of stores that sold cigarette tying to intercept the customers. The stores would then call the cops on him.

great point 10:36! Apparently the NY murder rate is down to 0 and there are no terror threats to the bridges. Why else would the cops have time to convict EG to the death penalty for selling cigs?
This guy did not know how to follow orders. If he did he would be alive today. If you have to argue, do it later in a court of law, but don't argue on the street with the police, you will not win.
IN YOUR FACE!!! Don't touch me....don't talk to me....don't put your hands on me. If you do.... you will end up with your own grand jury. Do you get it now?????

ReplyDeleteHe died of cardiac arrest, NOT being choked. How is this even a police office issue? Its a medical issue.
