Why are we the tax payers paying for 5 paid firemen per fire truck when it is obvious the call are medical calls not fire calls. You people are just plain idiots!!
There are not 5 on a truck. Usually 3 and if your lucky enough to have extra they're dropping down to take an ambulance. You think its a great idea to get rid of the paid force until the fire is at your home. Reality sets in when nobody has responded within 5 minutes and they get re-alerted. Sorry but that's the sad truth and you need to educate yourself on whats really going on. The volunteer rosters are nearly full with names, but few actual people respond.
