‘Vampire’ Cops to Establish Nazi-style Checkpoints Over Labor Day Weekend

Checkpoints, ‘no refusal’ blood draws now standard fare during national holidays

The police state will be rolling out in full force this Labor Day weekend, as police departments in several states prepare to violate their citizens’ Fourth Amendment protections, under the guise of keeping drunk drivers off the road.

Cops nationwide are warning holiday revelers they will be subject to mandatory blood draws if an officer merely suspects them of driving under the influence.

The practice, termed “no refusal,” involves police administering roadside sobriety tests, alcohol breath tests or forcibly extracting blood samples without a person’s consent, securing evidence which would aid a future conviction. A judge is typically on hand to issue search warrants, attempting to give the illegal blood draws an air of legitimacy in the face of blatant constitutional violations.

In states like Florida, police went one step further by erecting guilty-until-proven-innocent roadside checkpoints in the week leading up to the Labor Day weekend, where officers inspected driver’s licenses, proofs of insurance, vehicle registrations and checked for seat belt violations.

“Saturation patrols, bar and tavern checks, and checkpoints will also be held at various locations in Tennessee, Georgia and the southeastern states,” according to WDEF.com.

  2. That's absolutely false. The SCOTUS just ruled on this last year. With the exception of people taken to the hospital because of an accident the courts have ruled that a warrant is required. Delaware has always forced people to take blood against their will. This ruling cause the entire state of Delaware to revisit their policy on forcibly removing blood from suspects.

  4. I warned you years ago that when you cheered the practice of stopping INNOCENT citizens in their travels (by ARMED agents of the government) to see IF they were committing a crime, you were opening a door that a missile carrier could drive through. The police, at the time said 'we will only be checking for DUI drivers. that's all". You cheered, because your mom, or son, or friend was killed by a drunk driver. I said your personal tragedy didn't trump my Constitutional rights. Our "leaders" who SWORE to uphold the Constitution (while placing their hand on a Bible!! - they should have burst into flames) said "you don't have any rights unless we say you do".
Now, its a FORCED blood draw (resist and you could be killed over it), registration and background checks, car inspections, ID'ing of all occupants, insurance checks and a gamut of Nazi-style armed "enforcement".
The right to drive may be a "privilege" they kindly grant to the serfs, but the right to be free from unreasonable searches (and if being innocent of any suspected crime but searched and detained anyway isn't unreasonable, then what is?) is NOT anything the police get to overrule at their discretion.
Constitution trumps macho goose-stepping SS troops.
And I'll bet many of you wouldn't mind at all if our "leaders" mandated (under threat of prison) that you pay to have a machine at the end of your driveway. That machine, before you could leave, would force you to submit a fingerprint, a breath sample, and identify your passengers.
It will keep us safe and secure, you say!
It would also be the envy of North Korea and China.
We are either a free people or under the constant watchful eye (with associated punishments, of course) of a "we know what's best for you" group of elites (who are NOT subject to the laws we, the serfs are).
Your cheering will, with 100% certainty, come back to bite all of you. You, you children, and their children.
But, you didn't listen before, so I imagine all you have left is full throated cheering.
Start saving for that Nazi machine, you know for your "safety".

  5. One of the states that did this was Tenn. They have a judge they can call to get a warrant. I've seen video of this where they put a person on a table, a cop puts his head in a headlock and they draw the blood.

  9. Whats to stop people from pouring a beer on themselves and acting drunk while being totally sober. Then go through the process of having blood forcibly drawn? What then?
