MSP Press Release DUI Related Collision ‏ 8-25-14

Incident:     Motor Vehicle Collision; DUI   

               

Narrative:  

Martha V. Redding ( 2/F DOB. 4/20/1962) was operating a blue Hyundia passenger vehicle westbound on Ocean Gateway approaching Keyser Point Road.  Redding failed to maintain control of the Hyundia and it struck a black Honda Pilot.  There was minor damage to both of the vehicles and  no injuries to report. Investigation by Trooper’s revealed that Redding was under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest and transported to the Berlin Barrack. Redding was advised her rights and submitted to the breathalyzer with a result of 0.16.  Redding was issued the appropriate paper work and released to a sober driver.
