What he is trying to say is that Maryland taxed people to death and they left, leaving those who are still here to make up the shortfall. The Democrats just don't get it. And it starts right here on the local level. Wicomico Co. is loosing wage earners which relates to less tax base. So expect another tax increase next year. You can thank Democrats for that because they are not business friendly.
