Attorney General demands a SECOND federal autopsy be performed on Michael Brown because of the 'extraordinary circumstances' in the case

US Attorney General Eric Holder has asked for the Justice Department to arrange an autopsy on the body of Michael Brown by a federal medical examiner.

Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon said in a news release on Sunday that Holder asked for the additional autopsy because of the "extraordinary circumstances involved in this case" and at the request of Brown's family.

The 18-year-old Brown was shot and killed by a Ferguson, Missouri, police officer on Aug. 9. Brown was black and unarmed. Officer Darren Wilson is white.

Fallon says the autopsy will take place as soon as possible.

He also said the Justice Department will still take the state's autopsy into account during the investigation.

  2. brown was a criminal and he got what he deserved. the minorities get away with too much just because they are minorities. that is why there is alot of hatred towords minorities.
the reason there are more blacks and other minorities in jail is because they commit most of the crime.

  4. Weapons of mass destruction inspectors were allowed into Iraq. They found nothing but the war began regardless. The same will happen here.Regardless of the new autopsy findings (what can it possibly accomplish),the war will go on.

  5. 7:48. Really? How exactly did he deserve to be shot 6 times and killed? Unarmed? Stole some cigars? Walked in the middle of the street? And actually, there are more whites in prison than blacks.

  6. the police focus on what they see. they see the lower level minorities on the street corners selling crack cocaine. but they don't see the upper scale suburb kids selling adderal or in their parents medicine cabinets taking their pain meds or the doc, lawyers, sniffing powder cocaine. all of that is swept under the rug . . money buys power and people.

  7. This "African American" B.S. gets to me. Are blacks in Canada called "African Canadians"? Hell no. Are blacks in Belgium referred to as "African Belgians"? I think not. Message to blacks and apologists alike - get over yourselves and end the self pity. But you won't...

  10. I hope the M.E.'s are closing him up with zippers. They are going to run out of staples after all the autopsies. They are up to three now. One for the locals, one for the family, and now the feds want to do their own. First he's shot six times, now he's being butchered over and over....

    Incarceration Trends in America

From 1980 to 2008, the number of people incarcerated in America quadrupled-from roughly 500,000 to 2.3 million people
Today, the US is 5% of the World population and has 25% of world prisoners.
Combining the number of people in prison and jail with those under parole or probation supervision, 1 in ever y 31 adults, or 3.2 percent of the population is under some form of correctional control
    Racial Disparities in Incarceration

African Americans now constitute nearly 1 million of the total 2.3 million incarcerated population
African Americans are incarcerated at nearly six times the rate of whites
Together, African American and Hispanics comprised 58% of all prisoners in 2008, even though African Americans and Hispanics make up approximately one quarter of the US population
According to Unlocking America, if African American and Hispanics were incarcerated at the same rates of whites, today's prison and jail populations would decline by approximately 50%
One in six black men had been incarcerated as of 2001. If current trends continue, one in three black males born today can expect to spend time in prison during his lifetime
1 in 100 African American women are in prison
Nationwide, African-Americans represent 26% of juvenile arrests, 44% of youth who are detained, 46% of the youth who are judicially waived to criminal court, and 58% of the youth admitted to state prisons (Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice).
    Drug Sentencing Disparities

About 14 million Whites and 2.6 million African Americans report using an illicit drug
5 times as many Whites are using drugs as African Americans, yet African Americans are sent to prison for drug offenses at 10 times the rate of Whites
African Americans represent 12% of the total population of drug users, but 38% of those arrested for drug offenses, and 59% of those in state prison for a drug offense.
African Americans serve virtually as much time in prison for a drug offense (58.7 months) as whites do for a violent offense (61.7 months).

Dang Joe, I should get paid for correcting so many people on here. lol. Most have never heard of google.
