    Don't put him in prison - make him live the life of a middle-class citizen...the lifestyle he has destroyed!

    Make him do some hourly-wage job for a living - and have to choose between putting gas in his beater car or buying groceries. Make it so he can't afford the American dream...

    That will be an appropriate punishment!

    I disagree 7:46, what you say can't happen under the law. 10 to life sounds much better to me.
