Utility work on 13 North by Zion Road

Power line work again today on rt 13 by Zion. One lane closed northbound. Rubber neckers slowing southbound.

    This has been so awful. I work on Zion Road, and when I'm heading back from lunch it takes forever. I understand that the work needs to be done, but the drivers make it nearly impossible to keep my cool. Stop worrying about what they are working on. Stop trying to beat the line by speeding up and waiting until you almost hit the road marker telling you to get over, and then cut people off to jump back in line! If everyone drove properly, it wouldn't be so bad.
