  1. I hope they have GPS ankle bracelet on him to make sure he don't beat feet. I'm sure he thought he was all man, well now you get charged as an adult sucker! If he's guilty I hope they make it hurt, you a man now boy!

  2. hopefully some gun and gang related charges will be added to that list.... Piece of trash!

  3. To have the frame of mind to know where the cameras are not seems to me that this is not the first time. I dont believe you start with full on rape your first time, you lead up to it. I wonder if there are others out there that have been abused by him that were just afraid to come forward. I bet there are. I bet ya.

  4. "gang related charges"?? No such thing.

  5. Salisbury made the National News as this has been reported on in the USA Today newspaper. Great publicity for the city of crime.

  6. Answers the school question too. Thank you for posting it. No girl in this county or this country for that matter should be afraid of going to school and being raped.

  7. How the heck did this happen at Parkside school. Where were teachers and administrators. Heads should roll. Thank God I do not have a child in that school!!!

    1. The teachers were teaching in the classrooms and the administrators were doing there jobs as well. This is not a commentary about Parkside High School, this is a commentary about not allowing our schools to have control. This student was transferred from school to school, because schools are mandated by Federal and State law to follow procedures. Parkside had no choice but to accept this person from another location where he had committed criminal acts. Administration at any school does not want to accept a student like this, but governmental rules leave no recourse. Parkside is an excellent school with an exceptional staff and principal. The principal can only be an advocate for what is right, who must be supported at the Board, State amd Federal levels with sometype of

  8. I'm thinking the peace order means he's attempted to contact the victim. Why he was released on such a low bail, is beyond comprehension. I'm also wondering if there was a prosecutor from the SA's office present at the bail review hearing arguing against release.
These are the questions the media who has access to the SA's office need to ask if they wish to hold on to any relevance they have left.

  9. Our system spends millions to provide resources for at risk youth. There is little to show for it. Wonder what kids who want to learn and behave could have done if even a little bit of that money had been spent on them.

  10. Every move the court makes on this needs to be closely monitored.Lately there have been several rape cases that brought national attention, most notably the school teacher who raped a 13 year old and got probation. If other cases are taken into consideration, and they will be,look for little or no actual jail sentence here.

  11. We've allowed our children to believe it's okay to behave like animals. Whatever you reap--so will you sow. You and your children.

    Sickening and sad....

  13. No it is an election year he will get some time. This kid is is a pure thug we will see him again and again. Hope State's Attorney's Office does the right thing. NO Plea here Please !!!!!!!!!!!!

At least Davis had the balls to try some freaking cases.

  14. "To keep anything like this from happening again, he may have more training for staff, he said."

"he" is Fredrickson. "more training for staff" isn't going to accomplish a thing you stupid douche bag. Until Frederickson and the other liberals stop lying and start telling it like it is more incidences like this will continue to occur.
It's a breakdown of the family, a lack of morals due solely because of the liberal agenda taking more of a hold and the lying scumbag liberals won't tell it like it is because they will sell the soul of their own children for a vote. Democrats are no better than this rapist.

  18. WE haven't allowed our children to behave badly, but a segment of society that never evolved into civilized human beings have.
How much do you want to bet this is a classic example of multiple 1/2 siblings, with multiple baby daddies, some if not all with criminal histories.

  19. Gotta see if it was Rape 1st - the two knew each other - the victim is not a Parkside student but does attend a vo-tech class there -One has to wonder if it was a rape or "I'm going to be in trouble for getting to class late" As far as Jocori, he has been moved from school to school because of his conduct. If a kid 16 or older is a problem and disruptive, let them go to night schoo to lfinish their education or once they arrive in jail, if they wish.

So, with this Im left wondering if ANYONE is local government will now admit there ARE gangs in Salisbury and admit that the crime issue needs addressing, before things like, oh how to bring traffic to the downtown area....What a way to promote Salisbury....we made the national news headlines.....weeeeeeeeeeee

WTF are you talking about!! He already had an ankle bracelet on. Superintendent John Fredericksen put him at Parkside High School so he could mingle with the higher achieving students. John Fredericksen is responsible for this RAPE!!

Some even give the judge the finger. Nothing will be done!

  24. Amen, I think I read somewhere where this 'kid' had been bumped around instead of being sent to jail or juvey.....
again, when will this community WAKE up. Ive said it before....the local government wants to continue to believe that Salisbury is like Mayberry...its not.....and its FAR FAR from it.

We're on the ten top most violent towns to live in.

SOMEONE needs to wake everyone up in local government and start to clean up this mess.
More cops, stricter sentencing, prompt sentences, HIGHER BAIL, and do SOMETHING with the west end of town.

His side.. her side &the TRUTH. just like the "victim "has a family that loves And cares for her he does to And he does not deserve to have the media exploit him for something that has not been proven as a fact or TRUTH. The jocori i know would NEVER do anything of that nature..

Not only does John Fredericksen own this rape, but so does Jim Ireton and Barbara Duncan. They are the ones that coddled the Doverdale area thugs who made that DDE video. They are also the thugs that have been let off the hook so these 3 can say that crime is down in Salisbury. Matt thought this would help his campaign, but little did he know that he would be running unapposed. Now instead of charging the thugs with the true crimes they committed the crimes were swept under the rug for the "Crime is Down" mantra. Now the thugs got away with those crimes which led to bigger crimes like RAPE! So how does that feel Matt and Jim Liarton.

  28. If there was a person to accuse of rape and have it be believed it would be this kid. I'm not saying it didn't happen but there have been plenty of cases where the victim was not being truthful. The evidence will be presented in court as it should be and a judge or jury will decide based on the evidence.

  31. As someone who follows the crime beat in this county closely I think the State'a Attorney needs to be seen in court a little more often. Sam Vincent was a major force in the court room. Sadly we lost him. There are some great "young" attorneys there. They need to be held accountable for some of these sensless plea offers. It is all about justice not wins and losses.

Does anyone know why Paul Momtemuro is no longer there. It would appear Matt wants all women in the court room ??? Just saying the cops I talked with loved Paul. What is happening there. This is what happens when one runs unapposed. Power is a dangerous thing it can make or break you.

This thug has been passed around like a model student. He was trouble and should have never been in that setting he should have been made to attend night school or at the very least choices.

Many failed here. There is enough blame to go around. The bury made national news agin for a crime. Sad sad times.

Joe thanks for getting it out there.

  33. Barb Duncan is so busy building roads within the community lol with her hug a thug approach. This women does not have a clue. I have heard there is at least twenty open internal affairs cases against officers at that department. The commnad is way to busy screwing with the rank and file to do any real police work. I can not believe the number of officers that are saying they would take Webster back.

Joe see if you can find out just how many suits have been filed against that place. See just how many officers are under current investigation. The 15 they want to hire my stem the blood letting of all officers applying else where. What is going on in the big house ??? The big raise is not calming the crap storm brewing in the place. maybe she wants to be the next Mayor who knows i do not get what she is trying to accomplish micomanaging yung officers to the point they do not want to and fear wanting to do the job.

Wake up Barb and Jimmy this is not a school yard fight. You have gangs and a horrific amount of violence in your city. Get rid of the bad cops and you know who they are and let the rest do the job they are sworn to do. They are not politicians they are police. There are to many arse kissers wanting I Ivan's slot. You better find a way to entice that man to stay. You truly need him right now.

You are misguided. He does not have a family that loves him. If he did he wouldn't have had that terrible FB that he did. Also if his family loved him, they would have let him stay in jail and not bailed him out. Even if he didn't do this rape (which I highly doubt) he is on a destructive path and a stint in jail may have been helpful.
His family actions clearly show they do not love him.

    1. He has his own mind first And foremost. Many teens do this without the people who care about them the most finding out. This IS NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened at parkside. Just the FIRST TIME IT HAS BEEN EXPOSED. no one made that girl do anything. Your in a school full of people And NOT ONE PERSON HEARD YOUR SCREAMS? IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. #JUSTICEFORJOCORI

This is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened in parkside. JUST THE FIRST TIME BROADCASTING IT!No one made her do anything. She was in a school full of lots of people And your telling me no one heard her screams? Say.. what if someone so happened to find out about her doing what she did. Her name would be replaced with many different words. What better way to cover it up to SAVE YOURSELF. but we all know who the blame falls on

  37. I still can't believe this happened. God love the young lady. And for all who are going on and on about how he wouldn't have done it....look at his facebook. this genius has picture after picture of him smoking weed, drinking lean (codeine cough syrup), guns, etc. WTH? Does he not have parents? Are their any adults in his life. This is sad, just plain sad. Schools need the authority to kick kids out period. Not transfer a bad ass from school to school. This sheds light on how seriously f'ed up our schools are and the lack of reality in administration.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Sam Vincent is greatly missed and his method was only take a plea to the top count he can prove. We need more of that.

This is not Parkside's fault. It is the Md and Fed education laws and the worry of loosing money if they are suspensions and expulsions.

    ReplyDelete
  39. This is Wicomico County's fault. Kids like J- need to be addressed, not swept under the rug. Just say no to the money. I'd rather teach with no books and a piece of chalk than have to deal continuous, dangerous disruptions from a handful of repeat offenders like this one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. 9:45 & 9:57, why are you people so hung up on why no one heard screams? What do you think-every single crime victim screams their heads off? Don't be stupid. It's not unusual for crime victim to be threatened with death if they scream. By looking at his Facebook and his obsession with violence he would kill a person in a second.
People need to quit defending him, if for nothing else his facebook. Smoking dope w/a 10 yr old and bragging about it. That's real nice isn't it 9:45 and 9:57! He's a low class freak and a total waste of good air.

  41. 5:53 You can't blame Wic Co as a whole, but the democratic politicians who control the county. They have subscribed to the liberal policies of both Obama and omalley, so it's nearly impossible to do anything with disruptive students in the public schools. That is why we need to take our schools back and let them be controlled on a local level and not by state and federal regulations.
The only hope there is if we get a complete Republican sweep at the up coming election.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Good night people! Yes the school and county could do better jobs, but this situation is not their fault. I blame it ENTIRELY on his upbringing. Shame on his parents. I know sometimes kids are raised the right way and they do their own thing when they are older but it looks to me like he didn't have much of an upbringing at all. It doesn't matter who we elect in the future, if parents don't start raising their children the right way, this mess is just going to get worse. Just my two cents...

    ReplyDelete
  43. I actually will be interested in the case when it goes to trial (if it goes to trial). The truth could, quite possibly be something a little different than the conclusions that everyone is jumping to. Consider for a moment, what if this was not the first sexual encounter between the two. What if the victim just decided that particular time was not convenient? A young thug, being young thug (by his own facebook postings), might have seen her rejection as some kind of game, if there had been previous consensual sex. Those are the questions that will be raised in any effectual defense at his trial. It will be interesting to see what the actual facts are in the case, and how a court and jury will will decide. If any of the "what ifs" are part of the facts, will the girl and her family decide to agree to some kind of plea bargain to spare their child the humiliation of having to testify? All things are going to be possible in this case.

  45. JS should have already been in jail. As to the comment or he said he would never do anything like this, you must be kidding me. Any teacher, student, or any school personnel who have ever had the misfortune of that child crossing their paths will tell you this has been a long time coming. It was going to happen at some point. He should have already been thrown under a jail. There's one entity to blame for this and its Wicomico County Juvenile Justice. If they would stop giving slaps on wrist these juvenile offenders, maybe they still wouldn't be crawling those halls of our schools, looking for more victims.

He posts on facebook pics of him smoking weed with a 10 yr old, drinking, pics of him pointing a gun and he is a member of the DDE. And lets not forget he was thrown out of two other schools. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME? Let me guess, that has nothing to do with hum raping someone? OPEN your eyes and look at the big picture you idiot. His facebook page CLEARY shows the kind of "person" Jacori really is. And them path he is choosing. He is a thug that should have been put away a looong time ago.
