They're always riding out by Prince St Elementary. Groups of younger black kids, one with shoulder length dreads. They're careless, and hopefully end up on the Darwin Awards list.
Another police chase gone bad.It's happening everywhere.Instead of stopping or complying in any manner they choose to run,and people are either dying or sustaining grave injuries as a result.Who knows the answer? To chase or not to chase,that is the question.
