Obama To Announce $1 Billion 'Climate Resilience Fund'

On Friday, President Barack Obama is expected to announce his intention to create a "Climate Resilience Fund" that will cost taxpayers $1 billion.

"Weather practically everywhere is being caused by climate change," said Assistant to the President for Science and Technology John Holdren.

Last month, Holdren explained that the U.S. is cold because the planet is hot.
