At first, the gay advocacy group GLAAD successfully urged A&E network to punish Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson for comments about homosexuals he made in GQ. But now that the network has relented and returned the elder Robertson to his reality show, the advocacy group is not very happy at all.
"Phil Robertson should look African American and gay people in the eyes and hear about the hurtful impact of praising Jim Crow laws and comparing gay people to terrorists," GLAAD said in a statement to the press. "If dialogue with Phil is not part of next steps then A&E has chosen profits over African American and gay people—especially its employees and viewers."
The cable network initially placed Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson on "indefinite suspension" for paraphrasing the Bible's listing of sins, one of which was the act of homosexuality. GLAAD immediately claimed that Robertson should be fired for "some of the vilest and most extreme statements uttered against LGBT people." The group also said that his comments were "littered with outdated stereotypes and blatant misinformation."

Medicare Paying Out Billions For Improper Hospice Care
Over the past decade, the number of people discharged alive from hospice care has soared, partly because hospice firms are enrolling patients who are not actually dying, a Washington Post investigation has found.
These patients, whose care is paid for largely by Medicare, are more profitable since they require fewer visits and remain enrolled for longer, according to the Post.

CALIFORNIANS LOAD UP ON RIFLES, SHOTGUNS TO BEAT START OF GUN REGISTRY
Rifle and shotgun sales are up "30 to 50 percent" in California during the last week of 2013 as residents race to beat a new long gun registry that goes into effect in the new year.
The registry will require all long gun purchasers post-January 1 to register the make, model, and serial number of their rifle or shotgun just as they currently do with handguns.
According to CBS Sacramento, in 2014 the information gathered during expanded background checks will be kept instead of destroyed, as current law requires. This information will then be used to form a list of every gun owner in California.

New Year's Deadline For Health Care Enrollment Approaching; Beilenson Predicts Extension
Maryland health officials said Friday that enrollment in private health insurance on the state exchange increased by more than 50 percent during the third week of December, totaling 11,715 signups since the website launched in October.
The tally through last Saturday represents an increase of nearly 4,300 enrollments since the end of the previous week. Still, the state is far short of its goal for signups by the end of March.
State officials say the health exchange website is working much better since its October 1 debut, when it had trouble almost as soon as it opened, but problems remain.

1970s Global Cooling Alarmism
During the 1970s the media promoted global cooling alarmism with dire threats of a new ice age. Extreme weather events were hyped as signs of the coming apocalypse and man-made pollution was blamed as the cause. Environmental extremists called for everything from outlawing the internal combustion engine to communist style population controls. This media hype was found in newspapers, magazines, books and on television;

SCHOOL REVERSES CAIR-SOUGHT SILENCING OF CHRISTIAN
A Minnesota school district that first took the advice of the Council on American Islamic Relations has thought better of it, and now has reversed its decision regarding a witness to Islamic persecution of Christians in Egypt who wanted to address the community.
According to officials with Liberty Counsel, leaders with the Bagley, Minn., Independent School District had engaged in viewpoint discrimination when they responded to a demand letter from the local CAIR chapter, and canceled a scheduled speech by Usama Dakdok in October.
LC explained that a local resident had rented a school auditorium for the address by Dakdok, who is a Christian originally from Egypt who grew up attending government schools there where he was educated about Islam as the state religion.

Women Comprise Biggest Opposition To ObamaCare
Remember Julia? That cute little cartoon the Obama folks created to illustrate how the president’s policies would provide “health and economic security” for women at all of life’s stages?
The real-life Julias aren’t buying.
A CNN/ORC International poll out this week finds 60 percent of women opposing ObamaCare. This follows a Kaiser Health Tracking Poll that found half of American women holding an unfavorable view of the law — against only 32 percent in support. In fact, almost all of the increase in the overall unpopularity of ObamaCare can be attributed to the growing number of women rebelling against it.
No doubt this explains why First Lady Michelle Obama has just launched her own campaign to get young people to “ring in the New Year with new coverage.” The White House knows it has a big problem with women.

Gambler Rewards Man Who Returned $300K Left In Cab
A poker player who left $300,000 in the back seat of a Las Vegas taxi made good on his promise this week, handing over a $10,000 reward to the honest cabbie who returned the stash.
Yellow Checker Star Cab Company CEO Bill Shranko confirmed Friday that Gerardo Gamboa had been paid by the poker player. The cab company also honored the driver's good deed by naming him employee of the year, awarding him $1,000 and giving him a gift certificate to a Las Vegas steakhouse.
It's unclear how Gamboa plans to spend the belated Christmas gift. He did not immediately return a call from The Associated Press on Friday.

Obamacare Whac-A-Mole
Problems with the law pop up faster than the administration can bat them down.
The wheels began to come off Obamacare in 2011, when the administration announced that the CLASS Act, a provision to provide long-term disability care, was, in the words of Kathleen Sebelius, “totally unsustainable” and would be discontinued.
What was the problem? The White House website had boasted that: “No taxpayer funds will be used to pay benefits under this provision. . . . Safeguards will be put in place to ensure its premiums are enough to cover its costs.”

Coastal Delaware EMS Fee To Jump
FENWICK ISLAND – Taxpayers will be presented with an increase in ambulance service charges in the upcoming fiscal year as the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company is faced with making enhancements to keep up with call volume.
Earlier this month, Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company (BBVFC) President Steve Lett, EMS Chief Doug Scott, Fire Chief Brian Martin and Treasurer Jack Martin came before the Fenwick Island Town Council to request an increase in the annual Emergency Medical Service (EMS) service fee.
The BBVFC EMS Division is a collaboration between the fire company and property owners within the towns of Bethany Beach, South Bethany, Fenwick Island and the Sea Colony Recreation Association. The financial commitment of these sponsors and others allowed for service to begin operation on Dec. 31, 2008.

Banned In 160 Nations, Legal In U.S. Meat Supply
Meat—and beef in particular—is a mainstay of the traditional American dinner. Unfortunately, the vast majority of it is filled with harmful additives of one form or another, and is raised in such a way that it contributes to thedegeneration of health…
This is no minor concern, as most of the animals are also fed genetically engineered feed that is loaded with the potent herbicide glyphosate that winds up in your body.
I am so convinced of the cumulative harms of consuming meat from animals raised in confined animal feeding operations (CAFO’s) that the ONLY type of meat I recommend eating (and the only meat I will eat myself) is organically-raised, grass-fed or pastured meats and animal byproducts.
This applies to all types of meat: beef, pork, and poultry, including turkey. In a recent article published by the Cornucopia Institute,1 investigative health reporter Martha Rosenberg discusses the questionable yet widespread use of ractopamine in American animal farming.
According to Rosenberg, the controversial drug is used in as many as 80 percent of all American pig and cattle operations. It’s also used in turkey farming.

Obama Signs NDAA 2014, Indefinite Detention Remains
On Thursday President Obama signed into law the 2014 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a sweeping defense policy bill, which includes some improvements in terms of civil liberties and human rights on its previous two iterations. However, a number of provisions — as in the 2012 and 2013 NDAAs — should keep civil libertarians concerned.
As a notable improvement, NDAA 2014 includes a provision that Obama called a “welcome step” toward fulfilling his longtime promise to close the Guantanamo Bay prison camp. The bill relaxes regulations that have held up the transfer of detainees out of the detention center.
The defense act also includes provisions aimed at intervening in the epidemic of sexual assault in the U.S. military. But, as the Washington Post noted, “it stops short of the broad reforms that Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and other advocates have been calling for.”

Cop Arrests NBC Reporters, Says “Your First Amendment Right Can Be Terminated”
Two NBC journalists were handcuffed and threatened by Chicago police after attempting to report on the murder of a 6-year-old girl yesterday, NBC Chicago reports.
Another NBC journalist was also detained by police outside Mt. Sinai Hospital, where the girl had been taken following a fatal shooting during city wide violence over the weekend.
Police were called to the hospital shortly after reporters arrived on the scene. The journalists said they has already moved away from a public sidewalk and across the street at the request of the police.
One police officer was then caught on camera telling other members of the media “Your First Amendment right can be terminated if you’re creating a scene or whatever. Your First Amendment right has got limitations.”
When the reporters asked for clarification on how they were creating a scene, the officer replied, “Your presence is creating a scene.”
“This is what we do for a living!” one reporter replied, before another added“You’ve got a lawsuit coming.”
“I don’t care about no damn lawsuit!” the officer fired back. “F*ck a lawsuit. Just ’cause you sue doesn’t mean you’re going to win.”
Photographer Donte Williams and WGN Reporter Dan Ponce were then handcuffed and briefly detained by the officer, who threatened them with trespassing charges.

2014: Democrats’ Disaster?
The numbers look very bad and they may get worse.
If a panic button existed in the offices of vulnerable Democrats in Congress right now, they might be pressing it so often it wouldn’t have time to reset.
A new CNN poll this week found that support for Obamacare is down to an all-time low of 35 percent. That helps explain the dramatic partisan reversal in another question CNN asked — about which party respondents would vote for in their congressional district. Two months ago, Democrats had a 50–42 percent lead on that critical “generic ballot” question. Now, Republicans have taken a 49–44 lead. Other private polls taken in the last few days confirm the trend of the CNN poll.
Of course, Democratic leaders insist that Obamacare won’t hurt their party in the 2014 elections. House speaker Nancy Pelosi told a conference call with reporters this week that the bill she once said had to be passed “so that you can find out what is in it” was “worth the trouble, it’s going to be a glorious thing.” She insisted it would help Democrats pick up House seats next year.

Toby Keith Restaurant In Va. Bans Guns, Sparks Uproar
WOODBRIDGE, Va. - A new restaurant that recently opened in Woodbridge is sparking a Second Amendment controversy, especially online.
The restaurant named for country music star Toby Keith has posted a " No guns permitted" sign on its front door and gun rights supporters are blasting the restrictions on the chain's Facebook page. Some comments accuse Keith, who doesn't own the restaurant, of being anti-gun.
Virginia is a right to carry state, which means residents can openly carry a firearm without a license.
But some local residents support the restaurant's decision to ask customers to leave their guns behind when visiting the chain.

Salisbury Council Favors New Stormwater Utility
SALISBURY — A dedicated stormwater utility in Salisbury is likely an “inevitable situation,” according to one City Council member, but the council also said it’s committed to making any such utility transparent and fair.
Salisbury has high benchmarks to meet when it comes to reducing the negative impact of stormwater in the city with both flooding and runoff.
“We’re looking at 24-percent reductions in nitrogen and almost 40-percent reductions in phosphorous by that 2025 [state] deadline,” said Michael Moulds, director of Public Works.
Some of the bulwarks the city currently has in place to combat stormwater are outdated. Storm drains on East Main Street are roughly 80 years old and nearing the end of their effectiveness. Replacing them from between Route 113 to Bishop Street would cost about $340,000. There are also dams in place to mitigate flooding that require significant upkeep.

Attorney: Man Was Acting In Self-Defense When He Killed Sheriff's Deputy
A man accused in last week's shooting death of a Burleson County sheriff's deputy mistook the officer coming through his front door as an intruder, according to his lawyer.
Henry Goedrich Magee, 28, was charged with capital murder after authorities said he shot Sgt. Adam Sowders as he led an eight-man team into Magee's trailer near Somerville just before 6 a.m. Thursday.
Houston attorney Dick DeGuerin said Magee and his girlfriend, who is five months pregnant with Magee's baby, were asleep in the living room of the trailer home when they were awakened by "explosives" going off near the front windows and loud pounding on the front door.
Moments later, Magee saw a person whom he said he couldn't identify in the dark burst through his door, DeGuerin said, adding that Magee -- who has a felony and misdemeanor drug conviction -- believed the man rushing in was an intruder and he needed to defend himself.
Magee grabbed a rifle leaning against his bedroom door frame and fired, striking and killing 31-year-old Sowders, DeGuerin said.

Cheetahs Kill White-Tailed Deer At National Zoo
Two cheetahs at the Smithsonian's National Zoo have met with some unexpected prey. The result was predictable.
Zoo officials say a white-tailed deer was killed by the cheetahs after it apparently jumped into their enclosure on Friday. A spokeswoman calls it "a normal and expected reaction" by the carnivorous big cats.
The zoo says a zookeeper heard noises from the cheetah pen shortly before noon and found the deer carcass next the cheetah siblings, named Carmelita and Justin.

A Holiday Message From The Great Dictator
In September 1939, six days after the United Kingdom declared war on Germany, Charlie Chaplin began filming one of his most epic films ever… and the first “talkie” for the silent film star.
It was a courageous project - the ‘Great Dictator’ directly poked fun at Adolf Hitler.
At the end of the movie, Chaplin looked into the camera and gave a stirring speech about timeless principles– peace, mutual respect, freedom from evil men who aspire to lead nations.
This did not win Chaplin any friends in Washington who were keen to maintain official neutrality.
And he paid dearly for it; the Great Dictator was the beginning of an entire decade of turbulent trouble between Chaplin and the US government.
FBI director J Edgar Hoover opened a file on Chaplin and launched a smear campaign to tarnish his public image. The mainstream media quickly jumped on board, accusing Chaplin of being a communist sympathizer.
Eventually they found an obscure law on the books as an excuse to haul him into court and put him in prison.
Chaplin won the trial… barely… but was then roped into the anti-communist witch hunts of Senator Joseph McCarthy.
In his autobiography, Chaplin sums up his troubles with the US government as follows:
“My prodigious sin was, and still is, being a nonconformist. Although I am not a Communist, I refused to fall in line by hating them. . . Secondly I was opposed to the Committee on Un-American Activities– a dishonest phrase to begin with, elastic enough to wrap around the throat and strangle the voice of any American citizen whose honest opinion is a minority one.”
Chaplin reached his breaking point when, as a British citizen, he realized that he would be effectively kicked out of the Land of the Free. As he wrote,
“Whether I re-entered that unhappy country or not was of little consequence to me. I would like to have told them that the sooner I was rid of that hate-beleaguered atmosphere the better, that I was fed up with America’s insults and moral poposity, and that the whole subject was damned boring.”

Pollitt’s Budget Aims To Address County Infrastructure
SALISBURY – Wicomico County Executive Rick Pollitt proposed a $52 million capital budget along with a five-year Capital Improvement Plan last week that the County Council will begin reviewing early next year.
Last Tuesday Wicomico County Executive Rick Pollitt submitted his proposed capital budget for the fiscal year 2015 (FY15) beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 and a proposed capital spending program for fiscal years 2015-2019 to the County Council.
“You have heard me say a number of times Wicomico County, particularly in the most recent years, has not done a good job in taking care of what I call our ‘stuff’, or when it comes to investing county funds in our infrastructure,” Pollitt began. “Wicomico County has needs across the board particularly in our schools, but also in our roads, public buildings and the things we want to do with the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Implementation Plan. We put together a budget for FY15 that is affordable, and a way I would describe as aspirational.”

Radio Station Experiences Major Software Meltdown During Anti-NSA Broadcast
During a simple discussion of the National Security Agency’s surveillance practices, a US radio program experienced a unique “technological meltdown” on Thursday, prompting many to question whether theNSA was censoring the show.
During an interview with Larry Klayman, the lawyer who recently won a preliminary injunction against the NSA’s bulk collection of phone records, Aaron Klein’s WABC radio program began experiencing what was termed a “tech meltdown” on the air.
Not only did the program’s software end up dropping Klayman off the line, but even those who called in to the show could not be put on the air. Anyone who did manage to make it on the air risked being dropped as they spoke.

Houston Family Forced To Sell ‘Extreme Makeover’ Home Due To Taxes, Insurance, Report Says
A Texas family that received an "Extreme Makeover" home after getting hit by a Hurricane Ike is being forced to sell the home as a deep discount because taxes and the home's insurance is more than they can afford, The Houston Chronicle reported.
The Beach family said they were very happy with ABC's show but the homeowner told the paper that it's costing about $1,500 a month just on taxes and insurance. Larry Beach, who is raising four children with his wife, said "It is costing us more to live here than it would to sell it."
He said it has been a difficult decision. He is grateful that the community came together to put the house together, but the family has been trying to sell the house since February 2013. They even reduced the price from $700,000 to $535,000.

He said it has been a difficult decision. He is grateful that the community came together to put the house together, but the family has been trying to sell the house since February 2013. They even reduced the price from $700,000 to $535,000.

Born In Prison, Ark. Student Now Excels At Vanderbilt
Born Dec. 23 in a prison hospital and raised by a disabled grandmother, Cody Stothers grew up depending on "angel tree" strangers for Christmas gifts and not expecting birthday presents.
This week when he turned 22, he got his best present ever. The Vanderbilt University student learned Monday that he had been accepted on a full scholarship into the institution's physician-doctorate. program - a parallel degree path toward becoming a medical doctor and research scientist.
Stothers of Sheridan, Ark., a town about 30 miles south of Little Rock with three traffic lights and a faucet factory, ended up at Vanderbilt because of an outreach mission aimed at gifted students from rural areas and disadvantaged backgrounds. The program, known as Aspirnaut, focuses on science, technology, engineering and math. It spurs kindergarten-age children to wonder, shows middle-schoolers the thrill of discovery and gives graduating seniors a more certain path toward college.

Argentina: 70 Injured In Carnivorous Fish Attack
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — A surprise attack by a school of carnivorous fish has injured 70 people bathing in an Argentine river, including seven children who lost parts of their fingers or toes.
Director of lifeguards Federico Cornier said Thursday that thousands of bathers were cooling off from 100-degree temperatures in the Parana River in Rosario on Wednesday when bathers suddenly began complaining of bite marks on their hands and feet. He blamed the attack on palometas, “a type of piranha, big, voracious and with sharp teeth that can really bite.”

DEMOCRACY AND THE DEATH OF LIBERTY
by PATRICK HENRY
I am, however, persuaded that anarchy is not the principal evil which democratic ages have to fear, but the least. For the principle of equality begets two tendencies; the one leads men straight to independence, and may suddenly drive them into anarchy; the other conducts them by a longer, more secret, but more certain road, to servitude…
The very next notion to that of a sole and central power, which presents itself to the minds of men in the ages of equality, is the notion of uniformity of legislation. As every man sees that he differs but little from those about him, he cannot understand why a rule which is applicable to one man should not be equally applicable to all others.
Such was the observation of the French aristocrat Alexis de Tocqueville as he toured the United States in the early 1830s. Among other things, Tocqueville acutely perceived that nations which upheld the twin principles of democracy and equality were liable to slowly drift down the dark road of servitude to a powerful central government. In his masterpiece of political philosophy, Democracy in America, he supports this theory by stating numerous notions, sentiments, and peculiar cases, which are readily to be found among the people of democracies, which lead them to such a circumstance.
While a thorough review of de Tocqueville’s work has infinite merits and benefits for the interested student of history and government, the purpose here is to simply validate the great philosopher by pointing out his prescient foresight. Moreover, though his conclusions are typically used these days as a means to account for the endless transfer of power in the U.S., from the individual State Governments to the tyranny of the Federal Government, these same principles can be used on a secondary level as well. Namely, that centralization of power also reveals itself at the state level, especially here in good ol’ Maryland.
The transfer of power from local governments in Maryland to the state government has been an ongoing process since at least the time of the War Between the States. As de Tocqueville would point out, however, the drift toward centralization has increasingly moved at an accelerated rate, relative to the level of existing equality. What this means is that as prevailing state laws make Marylanders more equal, the rate of centralization increases, which in turn enables further equality.
You do not believe it? Go ahead and list the recent O’Malley Administration’s and Maryland Democratic Party’s “achievements,” whether through acts of the legislature or referendums of the “Urban Majority” (i.e. democracy).
1. Clean Indoor Act of 2007: Smoking is banned in all areas open to the public, even in privately owned establishments, such as restaurants and bars. The fact that one owns their place of business does not matter anymore, even when it comes to making decisions about legal activities (e.g. smoking).
2. House Bill 987 (Stormwater Management Watershed Protection and Restoration Program) of 2012: Affectionately known as the “Rain Tax,” this gem of our State Legislature affects the ten most populous counties, as of right now. But never fear, uniformity among all counties in Maryland is inevitable.
3. 2012 Referendum Question 04: This flagrant violation of local liberty mandates all Community Colleges in Maryland to allow illegal immigrants the benefit of in-state tuition costs. One of the more well-known ballot question to the average voter, it was voted down in every county of Chesapeake except Somerset and Wicomico.
4. 2012 Referendum Question 05: This one makes you question the very merits of democracy. Because of this, the boundaries of the Eighth Congressional District (Western Maryland) were gerrymandered so that the counties of Western Maryland were forced into a district with the more populous and liberal Montgomery County, thus flipping the district from Republican to Democrat. The result of this is more power allocated to the dominant liberal agenda in Maryland and its representation at the national level. Why in the world did all of the conservative counties of Maryland, except Garrett, vote for this?! Had the people truly educated themselves on the question, they would have never condoned this abomination. Alas, questioning the intelligence of voters in a democracy will be the subject of a future essay on this website.

5. 2012 Referendum Question 06: My favorite, Gay Marriage. This violation of two thousand years of Western Tradition recognizes the validity of Gay Marriage. Never mind the fact that all ten counties of Chesapeake voted this down (some by enormous margins), this mandates that all governments and laws throughout Maryland must recognize the validity of same-sex married couples, even if the people of individual localities resent it and view it as anathema to their morality.

HISTORICAL COMMENTS BY GEORGE CHEVALLIER 12-28-13
New Years Eve
Over the years New Years Eve has taken on a different perspective. It was formerly a night of unbridled revelry. Consuming too much alcohol seemed to be the thing to do and I was not one to disappoint. Looking back, we all did some mighty foolish things. The years have brought about a more sensible approach to the event. Now, I don’t even make it to watch the ball fall.
It seemed like making noise was a good way to see in the New Year. I am glad that the ways I made noise are now unlawful. When I was 15 or 16, I used to fire off my shotgun even though I lived in town. Nobody said anything about it. They were too busy making their own form of noise. Since Salisbury was a relatively small town, everybody just seemed to look the other way on New Years Eve. If you did that now in my old neighborhood, there would be a half-dozen police cars there in about two minutes. I guess we did it because nobody told us not to.
I remember one New Years Eve was the first year they initiated the plan to give anyone who wanted, or needed, a ride home. I had walked to a party close to where I lived and took a fifth bottle of vodka. There was only about an inch of vodka in the bottle but I filled it to three quarters full by adding water to it. I had the time of my life that night just watching everyone watch me drink from my bottle and acting progressively more stupid. People were very tolerant of a drunk back then and I got away with far more than I would have if people only knew the truth. At the end of the evening, they wouldn’t even let me walk home, fearing I would be found the next morning laying by the side of the road. So, they called a service that gave rides to people who were too drunk to drive (or walk). When I later found out that they had only given rides to six people, I was thoroughly embarrassed. Oh, well, like I said we did some mighty foolish things back then.
There are many venues today that provide for New Years merriment. I guess when people of today talk about kids not being able to entertain themselves, they are not taking into consideration that what we found entertaining back then would not be tolerated by society now. Just as well.

At Least 35 House Members Set To Sue Obama
'Everybody's bound by the law, including the president. He's not exempt'
On Dec. 19, the Obama administration made its 14th change to Obamacare without requesting congressional action to make the amendments. Such a move is precisely why an effort is underway in the House of Representatives to sue President Obama and force him to abide by constitutional restraints.
The measure is known as the Stop This Overreaching Presidency, or STOP, Act and is sponsored by freshman Rep. Tom Rice, R-S.C. He told WND this is about abiding by the Constitution.
“Article II, Section 3, requires the president to faithfully execute the laws of the United States. Everybody’s bound by the law, including the president. He is not exempt,” Rice said. “If a president is allowed to pick and choose which laws he wishes to enforce, it creates tremendous opportunities for wrongdoing.
“What would we say if the next president who came in decided he didn’t like Obamacare and he wasn’t going to enforce any part of it? What would we say if a president decided he wasn’t going to enforce the maximum bracket on the income tax, or wasn’t going to enforce the income tax on his political friends? Of course, those things wouldn’t be tolerated,” Rice said. “We’ve got a similar type of lines going on here with Obamacare. We’ve got the president giving 1,300 exemptions. We’ve got him waiving the employer mandate for businesses but applying the individual mandate for the common conservative. It’s not right. The law has got to be applied uniformly.”
He said he actually started exploring this legislation earlier in the year based on comments made by a Democrat.
“I started working on this last July,” Rice said. “Right after the extension of the employer mandate was in the press, one of the Democratic senators said, ‘How can the president do this?’ That’s what spurred me to look at what we could do to force the president to enforce the law,” Rice said.
While executive branch changes to Obamacare are the most visible examples of Obama altering laws, Rice said there are plenty of other examples, too.

Definitive Proof That The Mainstream Media Is Scripted?
On his late night TV comedy, Conan O’brien decided to highlight local news stories over the holidays. What he shows his audience probably doesn’t shock many, but certainly it seems to provide warrant for the growing movement challenging the mainstream media. The video of O’brien recently began to go viral during the holiday season. Here it is.
In fact, O’brien has caught the mainstream media in the act more than once.
However redundant these stories may seem, is it truly a problem? Many media stations are owned by the same company for ease of production, which takes hours of work. Obrien’s videos touch on a controversial subject, but should it really surprise us that many stories are “scripted”? Especially the more generic ones.
