PHILLY ABORTION DOCTOR GUILTY IN 3 BABIES' DEATHS

A Philadelphia abortion doctor was found guilty Monday of first-degree murder and could face execution in the deaths of three babies who authorities say were delivered alive and then killed with scissors at his grimy clinic, in a case that became a flashpoint in the nation's debate over abortion.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, was cleared in the death of a fourth baby, who prosecutors say let out a soft whimper before he snipped its neck.

Gosnell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the drug-overdose death of a patient who had undergone an abortion.

Hillary Clinton Fired From Watergate Committee For Fraud, Ethics Violations

The former general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary during the Watergate investigation, says her history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.

Hillary Clinton has been taking a lot of heat lately over the Bosnia sniper misfire, for which she has been derided and ridiculed by all but the most staunch of her supporters. It has even inspired the above YouTube video, which recently surpassed 1,500,000 views.
Now comes this bombshell from Jerry Zeifman, who supervised a much younger Hillary Clinton when she worked as a staffer for the Watergate committee:

USTASC PRESS RELEASE, May 13, 2013

Although many law enforcement agencies and FBI uniform crime report statistics state crime is down, public perception is that crime has increased. Especially violent crime.

Unfortunately, statistical data does not represent the fact that we as citizens are still at serious risk of random crimes. Criminals today are more brazen than ever before. Active shooters and home invaders are a serious threat to our safety. Moreover, serious drug abuse such as heroin and methamphetamine are on the rise and has been steadily increasing over the past 5 years. Unfortunately, our state governor and elected officials in Maryland have decided for us that gun control is a priority, has made it more difficult than ever to legally purchase a firearm, has legalized marijuana, has eliminated the death penalty, and made it more difficult to obtain a firearms carry permit.

Many criminals are opportunistic. There are steps you can follow to enhance your safety:
Keep doors and windows locked at all times. This includes your house and car. Many criminals patrol the streets looking for open doors on vehicles. An open door at your home is an invitation for a home invasion.
Don’t open the door to strangers. This seems like a simple premise but people still invite people into their homes without knowing them.
Be aware of your surroundings. When walking to any establishment or to work keep your wits about you. Don’t text while walking, look around for potential threats.
Don’t keep valuables in your vehicle.
The more home and business protection you have the better. Criminals typically look for homes that are less protected then more protected. Get an alarm system, get a protection dog, get good doors and door locks, get cameras, and lastly get firearms training.
Don’t hangout with drug users and/or dirtbags. Some drug users become so desperate for money that they will steal from lifelong friends and relatives. People with problems make their problems your problems. Don’t invite these people into your home. You may come home to find your home burglarized.
Keep firearms locked away from your children when you are not there to supervise them. Keep your firearms locked away from mentally unstable family members.
If you are shopping for a firearm, get good advice. Firearms with lasers are a top pick for those who think it will assist them in protecting themselves. Lasers , like any other mechanical device, are subject to fail. First get night sights (you need to see your sights in the dark), then a weapons light (you need to see your threat), and lastly a laser if you so desire. A laser is a nice toy but, is not a replacement for good training.
If you have a firearm, get training with it. Taking the firearm to the range and shooting at static targets is fine but does not accurately represent a violent encounter. During a violent encounter, your adrenaline will be pumping which decreases your accuracy and field of vision. During a violent encounter, in order to be safe as possible, you will be forced to use tactics in order to keep your business, family, or self safe. We offer home invasion, armed robbery, and active shooter training which addresses all of these threats. Training can be obtained at www.ustasc.com

We now offer trained protection dogs that will protect you and your family. For more information, see our website at www.ustasc.com.

Psychologist Dr. Paul Fick Says Obama Psychologically Damaged ‘Beyond Narcissism,’ Offers Details To Press

Psychologist announces availability to media to explain how he came to the conclusion that Obama has severe psychological damage.
Members of the media are invited to interview nationally prominent psychologist Dr. Paul Fick, who has announced a detailed report on the psychological condition of President Barack Obama.

Dr. Fick is a very experienced, clinical and forensic psychologist. He has completed a lengthy, detailed, scientific study of President Obama. The result is the announcement that Obama is severely psychologically damaged, according to Dr. Fick. He is willing to provide full details of his research, evaluation, findings, and recommendations for therapy.

“Some observers have claimed that Obama appears to be narcissistic. He’s way beyond narcissism. Yes, he has narcissistic symptoms, but he also suffers from paranoid tendencies and oppositionalism. This combination makes him a dangerous and destructive president, filled with carefully hidden anger that he is exacting upon America, which he consciously and unconsciously hates,” Dr. Fick explained.

Watch Out For Petraeus In Benghazi Scandal

By their second term “inside the bubble,” presidents have completely lost touch with reality: Aides and confidants conspire to keep the chief executive insulated from the real world — the bad news, the worse press coverage. They think it’s their job, and lounging on the Oval Office couches, they nod along with the president’s every musing.

But this presidency has taken OOCS to new heights. Mr. Obama has only a few trusted aides, and occasional leaks from the West Wing show a paranoid president suspicious of nearly everyone around him. Supremely confident, convinced by the fawning minions at his feet that he is untouchable, the president dismisses all controversy as partisan attacks by an overzealous opposition. A pliant press corps of stenographers follows in lockstep.

MUSLIM PLOTTED TO KILL 100,000 IN CHEMICAL ATTACK

Plan was to contaminate air or water supply in major U.S. city

A Muslim man arrested last month in a terror plot in New York was planning to kill as many as 100,000 people by contaminating the air or water supply in a major U.S. city, the FBI alleges.
Ahmed Abassi, 26, was studying chemical engineering at Laval University in Quebec City, reports Canada’s CBC News.

Abassi’s plan did not materialize beyond discussions, but he is also being linked to Chiheb Esseghaier, one of two Canadian residents arrested in the alleged plot to derail a Via passenger train.

CBC News said American investigators have accused Abassi of fraudulently applying for a visa to stay in the U.S. to “facilitate an act of international terrorism.”

1/3 Population of Puerto Rico Gets Food Stamps from U.S. Gov’t -- $2 Billion in 2012

The funds are used to supply more than one-third of the population of Puerto Rico with food stamps.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) for Puerto Rico, an unincorporated territory of the United States, received $2 billion in Nutrition Assistance Block Grants in fiscal year 2012.

Colorado Lawmakers Set Taxes And Rules For Marijuana Sales

Colorado is set to become the first U.S. state to regulate and tax sales of recreational marijuana, after lawmakers approved several bills that set business standards and rules. Legislators expect enforcement of the rules to be paid for by two taxes on marijuana — a 15 percent excise tax, and a 10 percent sales tax.

Other measures included in the package set limits on how much marijuana visitors to Colorado can buy (a quarter of an ounce), as well as a limit on how many cannabis plants a private citizen can grow (six).

Gov. John Hickenlooper has indicated he will sign the legislation, according to The Denver Post. Colorado voters first approved the legalization of pot for recreational use by people over age 21 in a ballot initiative last November.

Voters adopted a similar measure in Washington state, where plans for regulation and taxation are still being formed.

"The first legal marijuana should be on sale in Washington in March 2014," reports the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, "and Colorado will have its cannabis stores open as soon as Jan. 1."

Obama Expands Reading Program – In Kenya!

Millions of children will be targeted to improve their reading skills over the next five years under a new Obama administration literacy program in nearly 30,000 public and private primary schools.

But the schools are not in the U.S., they’re in the Republic of Kenya.

The tentatively titled Kenya Early Grade Reading Project, or KEGRP, seeks to implement national curriculum standards, deploy more than 1,000 trainers to assist tens of thousands teachers and improve the ratio of textbooks to students. The Obama administration didn’t reveal the cost of the program.

According to a draft Statement of Work that WND located via routine database research, the U.S. Agency for International Development wants to ensure Kenyan children develop strong reading comprehension skills.

REP. STEVE KING: 'I HAVE NO MORAL OBLIGATION' TO HELP ILLEGAL ALIENS STAY IN USA

I was talking to someone about immigration reform and I told him what I thought was wrong with the approach on the bill.

He looks at me and he says "What are you going to do? How are you going to solve this problem of eleven million illegal immigrants?"

So, I gave my answer which is not a new idea; seal the border. But as I drove home that night I realized I didn't give the correct answer.

My real answer is, "Why do I have to do anything to solve a problem that people created willingly for themselves?"

About Those WMD In Syria

When the highly controversial Iraq War failed to uncover the massive stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, the mainstream media went berserk. After David Kay, then head of the Iraq Survey Group (ISG), concluded in January 2004 that WMD would probably not be found, online news sources produced nearly 10,000 stories about the “missing” WMD over the course of one month.

Prior to that time, of course, the experts, security officials, United Nations inspectors and media elites were in unanimous agreement: Saddam had WMD, he used them not once, but several times, and he knew HOW to build more and had the means to continue doing so.

Poll: Belief in JFK Conspiracy Slipping Slightly

A clear majority of Americans still suspect there was a conspiracy behind President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, but the percentage who believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone is at its highest level since the mid-1960s, according to a new Associated Press-GfK poll.

Cheryl Casati, 62, who retired from the Air Force after 20 years, watched it all unfold on television back in November 1963. She said she’s “extremely sure” there was a conspiracy. The killing of Oswald, the accused shooter, just days after the assassination is part of the reason why.

“There’s too many holes in explanations,” the Phoenix-area woman said. “That just could not have happened easily in that time and place. And (Jack) Ruby shooting (Oswald) could not have happened as easily as it did.”

Hagel 'Outraged' Over AF Sexual Assault Arrest

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel called Air Force Secretary Michael Donley Monday to express his “outrage and disgust” after the Air Force’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response branch chief was arrested and charged early Sunday morning with sexual battery.

“Secretary Hagel expressed outrage and disgust over the troubling allegation and emphasized that this matter will be dealt with swiftly and decisively,” said George Little, the Pentagon’s top spokesman, in a statement.

Arlington County police officers arrested Air Force Lt. Col. He was accused of fondling a woman near the strip club before the female victim fought him off, according to the police report.

Finding Woman Alive Lifts Bangladesh Rescuer

SAVAR, Bangladesh (AP) — Even amid the euphoria over finding a woman alive in the rubble of a garment factory that collapsed more than two weeks ago, rescuers on Saturday returned to the grim task of dismantling the wreckage and retrieving decomposing bodies, knowing there was little chance of finding any more survivors.

The death toll from Bangladesh's worst industrial disaster is more than 1,000 and climbing. More than 2,500 people were rescued in the immediate aftermath of the April 24 disaster, but until Friday, crews had gone nearly two weeks without discovering anyone alive.

Then, in the midst of what had become a grim search for decaying bodies following the world's worst garment industry disaster, rescuers found a woman alive, providing a much-needed boost for the weary workers.

Congressman Harris Statement On FAA Tower Announcement

WASHINGTON, D.C.–Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. released the following statement on the news that the FAA will not be closing the 149 contract towers across the country including those at the Easton and Salisbury airports:

“I am glad to see that the towers in Easton and Salisbury will remain open. It is unfortunate that President Obama chose to implement budget cuts in the most painful manner possible to make a political point. He could have instructed the agencies in question to be prepared for these cuts or worked with Congress on a plan to institute greater flexibility so there was no threat of tower closure.

“I voted for the Reducing Flight Delays Act of 2013 that allowed Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood to transfer $253 million from the FAA’s Airport Improvement Program to their operations account – removing any remaining doubt that the FAA could end the furloughs and keep the contract towers open in Easton and Salisbury.”

Guess What's Hidden In The Immigration Bill? A National Biometric Database For Citizens

Oh just another eight hundred page “bipartisan” bill that nobody will read, mainstream media will refuse to cover, and that will merely further destroy any remnants of freedom left in these United States. Never forget the George Carlin quote on bipartisanship:

“Bipartisan usually means that a larger-than-usual deception is being carried out.”
From Wired:

The immigration reform measure the Senate began debating yesterday would create a national biometric database of virtually every adult in the U.S., in what privacy groups fear could be the first step to a ubiquitous national identification system.

Buried in the more than 800 pages of the bipartisan legislation (.pdf) is language mandating the creation of the innocuously-named “photo tool,” a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security and containing names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.

Civil War Preservation May Survive Sequestration

Money is tight. Every dollar spent by government is being scrutinized right now because of the mandatory federal budget cuts known as sequestration. But efforts to preserve history may be preserved themselves.

The summer of 2013 marks the 150th anniversary of the Battles of Gettysburg and Vicksburg, two of the pivotal battles of the Civil War, both Union victories, and it looks likely that Congress will reauthorize the $10 million a year that has been spent since 2002 to preserve such battlefields.

The bill has already passed the House and has been introduced in the Senate by Senator Tim Kaine, D-Va.

Jim Campi, from the Civil War Trust, says this region will be a major beneficiary.

Conowingo Dam Dirt Continuing Problem For The Bay

A 14-mile reservoir behind the Conowingo hydroelectric generating dam in northern Maryland stops two million pounds of sediment every year from flowing into the Chesapeake Bay. But another one million pounds get through, burying underwater grasses that support sea life and adding to the bay’s myriad pollution problems.

The reservoir that stores the sediment, essentially dirt and other material carried by the water, is expected to reach capacity within 20 years, after which all of the sediment will get through the dam, putting the bay’s health further at risk.

Exelon Power, which owns the Conowingo Dam, is negotiating a new license with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that would last for 46 years. State officials and others say the time is now to resolve the sediment buildup.

IRS Apologizes For Unfairly Targeting Conservative Groups In 2012 Election

A representative of the Internal Revenue Service apologized on Friday for the actions of a group of low-level staffers who unfairly targeted conservative groups for review during the 2012 election. According to the Associated Press, Lois Lerner, director of the IRS unit in charge of tax-exempt organizations, said that the employees worked out of the Cincinnati IRS office and were targeting organizations they believed might be in violation of their tax-exempt status.

Lerner said that the employees singled out applications for tax-exempt status from groups with “Tea Party” and “patriot” in their names, subjecting them to additional reviews. She acknowledged that the extra scrutiny was unfair and apologized during a speech at a Washington, D.C. conference.

Many conservative groups complained about IRS scrutiny during their application process. The anti-tax, anti-federal government organizations believed that they were having to answer too many questions in order to obtain tax-exempt status.

How Did You Spend Mother's Day?

Over the weekend I bought 130 Azalea plants and spent the entire day yesterday planting them around the property. I then spent the balance of my day watering them. Unfortunately, (for the next week) I'll spend every day watering them because God seems to be punishing me with no rain.

I mean, it's not enough to go out and DIG 130 holes, pull them little buggers out of each pot, place them in the holes and then go back to all 130 spots and pick up the stupid buckets and stack them neatly. By the way, if anyone needs 2.5 quart buckets your welcome to them.

Yeah, Mother's Day is a real treat. Just kidding! Each and every year at this time when they are all blooming it will give me/us great pleasure. In reality, it will remind me to dust off my golf clubs thinking I'm at Augusta enjoying a nice round of golf. ;-) FOUR!

Principal Suspends Teen For Instagramming Her Mug Shot

What joy, perhaps, for him to discover that there existed a mugshot of Jamille Miller Brown, principal of Riverdale High School, in Georgia.

If you were a mere teen and discovered your school principal's mugshot, what would you do? Yes, you are correct. You'd post it to Instagram.

Former Nixon Aide Claims He Has Evidence Lyndon B. Johnson Arranged John F. Kennedy's Assassination In New Book

Roger Stone claims Johnson ‘micro-managed’ Kennedy’s Dallas motorcade, demanding it pass through Dealy Plaza on the afternoon he was shot

He also says that Johnson, instructed Richard Nixon to hire Jack Ruby several years before he shot Lee Harvey Oswald

The revelations are made in his book 'The man who killed Kennedy - the case against LBJ' out later this year

A renowned Republican strategist and lobbyist has claimed that former president Lyndon B. Johnson set up John F. Kennedy’s assassination, which occurred on November 22, 1963.

Roger Stone, 61, makes the claim in his upcoming book 'The Man who killed Kennedy - the case against LBJ,' which is set to be published in October.

He also writes that Richard Nixon and Johnson had a documented relationship with Jack Ruby, Lee Harvey Oswald’s killer, years before he shot Oswald in the basement of Dallas police headquarters in 1963, reports The Daily Caller.

Is there something else that we can do as a nation to be more business-friendly, to keep building plants here in America, so that we can employ more people and rake in more taxes?

Save Eustace Conway & Turtle Island

Every day on the Internet these days you get treated to something VERY WRONG in our society, but rarely is it possible to do much about it. I am not certain even in this case of complete TRAVESTY and STUPIDITY much can be done to put a stop to it, but in this case it is so ABHORRENT, so RIDICULOUS, and at least for Diners so UTTERLY against all our principles that every means must be undertaken to at least TRY to STOP it. So with this article, I begin a Week Long Blog-a-thon to raise awareness and assist someone who truly has lived a life by principles of living in Harmony with Nature.
Out there in the Boonies of North Carolina in the Appalachian Mountains there is a man named Eustace Conway who built a life for himself as a Modern Day Mountain Man, on the Model of Jeremiah Johnson. Jeremiah was a Fictional Character, Eustace Conway is not, he is a VERY REAL Person, and what he built and what he stands for is now under attack by the megalithic State that defines our lives in the Age of Oil.

Pretty much from nothing at the age of 17 Eustace Conway walked out in the Appalachian Mountains and taught himself how to live off the land as a modern day Hunter-Gatherer. That this was even possible at all without running afoul of the Law before this is remarkable in itself, but not only did Eustace survive this way for the last 40 odd years or so, he actually earned a living in the Monetary sense at the same time, as a Teacher of Primitive Living skills.

He didn’t just earn it and spend it either, since he lived mainly off the land, he spent about none of the money he earned, and so some years ago was able to buy a patch of land of 1000 Acres he dubbed “Turtle Island”. On this land he build numerous structures, Barns, Cabins etc and created a School for Primitive Living Skills.

QUOTES OF THE DAY 5-13-13

“There is only one sin, only one. And that is theft. Every other sin is a variation of theft…. When you kill a man, you steal a life. You steal his wife’s right to a husband, rob his children of a father. When you tell a lie, you steal someone’s right to the truth. When you cheat, you steal the right to fairness. There is no act more wretched than stealing.”

Obama’s Top Donors Ask Him To Say No To Keystone XL

Environmental activists have been putting their bodies on the line for months — both in the form of physical blockades in Texas and rallies in Washington — to halt the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, which would carry crude oil from Alberta’s tar sands to the Gulf Coast. The TransCanada pipeline extension requires Obama’s approval, and experts believe he will give it — a State Department survey of the project (written by contractors with ties to the oil industry) has already given the pipeline the green light. On Friday, 150 of the president’s most prominent donors, including Vinod Khosla, one of the founders of Sun Microsystems; Rob McKay, the heir to the Taco Bell fortune and chairman of the Democracy Alliance; Blythe Danner, the actor and mother of Gwyneth Paltrow; and Susie Tompkins Buell, co-founder of the Esprit clothing, wrote to the president urging he reject the pipeline.
