ReplyDeleteYes. They have responsibility and should take their job seriously. It is not government intrusion. Compare it to a traffic stop/sobriety check. Mayby you drink and drive too???

That makes no sense whatsoever.
Absolutely, positively, YES. Then after they are drug tested, they need to follow ALL the laws that are imposed upon everyone else, NO exceptions.

Were mandatory drug testing be put in place for all federal and state employees, with a positive result causing termination.... I predict two things:
ReplyDelete1) more than half of the government employees would be out of work
2) windfall legalization legislation would be voted in with bi-partisan co-operation that has not been seen ever, and the whole process would take only a few days.
3) To keep that cushy drug money coming in from the "WAR ON DRUGS" farce, the DEA would be consumed by the IRS to enforce Obamacare, so revenues are not lost and politicians pockets stay lined.
That and polygraphs!!!!!!!!
