Jason Barry, 34, and his partner, Kristina Petree, 33, were walking with their 16 year old son through a parking lot at the Consumer Square shopping center on W. Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio this past Friday when a car that was going way to fast went careening past them.
Barry shouted at the driver to slow down. The driver, 24 year old Montez Hollis, turned the car around and hit the couple full speed ahead. He killed Barry almost instantly- he was pronounced dead at the scene later- and he hospitalized Petree.

Did I miss something. As written this is a clear case of murder, which in OH has a minimum of Life w/o parole. Where is the evidence of the hate crime (as the story is written)?
ReplyDeleteDidn't you hear 12:40? Things like that don't matter anymore. If you're a different color than the person you murdered... oh wait a minute... never mind, my mistake. I guess that only applies to whites.
DeleteIt is a known fact that not all but most blacks hate white people. Look at Oprah and Sharpton Jackson.
ReplyDeleteTake him out and run him down like the dog he is
ReplyDeleteIs that Obama's son?
ReplyDeleteAnd I guess this is just alright with Sharpton, Jackson, and the Reverend Wright.
ReplyDeleteI'd be pissed too if my parents named me Montez. But seriously speaking, the family unit upsets those who never experienced it.Sort of like a loner who looks in a picture window at Christmas and sees a family totally enjoying themselves. My guess is that they had what he never had.
ReplyDeleteWell maybe the driver felt threatened? Does Ohio have stand your ground laws?
ReplyDeleteShould have been shot on the spot.
ReplyDeleteWhere's judge Dredd?
An abortion that should have been. Garage does not understand life.
ReplyDeleteAnybody else tired of this and ready to do something about it?
ReplyDeleteyes 4:46
ReplyDeleteoh what are you two numbnuts gonna do? bitch whine and moan. I am so tired of hearing crap like that and still nothing gets done, whether its this or obammy.
ReplyDeleteenough with the words already, lets see some action
