Just three days into the start of Mississippi's alligator hunting season, state Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks officials say the state record for heaviest alligator has been broken -- twice.
MSNewsNow.com reports that a group of hunters from Madison held the weight record for about an hour after taking in a 723.5-pound gator, beating the state record for heaviest male by 26 pounds.

ReplyDeleteOUCH...
ReplyDeleteA decades old animal with no defense against humans with guns. Why not just kill them all? What a remarkable feat by those big bad hunters. Low class, insecure jerks. Asses.
ReplyDeleteGuess you don't eat meat or use animal byproducts of any kind.
DeleteWell, we've done it to buffalo, bears, wolves, fish, crabs, birds, you name it. We just kill everything and look for the next species to eliminate. Hunters? What a joke. Jump into the swamp, wade around with a Bowie knife, and THEN call your bad-ass self a "hunter". Don't use a rifle from 200-300 yards away, kill an unsuspecting animal that has no idea you're even in the vicinity and call yourself a "real man", a "hunter". Look up how the King of Sweden did HIS hunting in the days of Peter the Great (of Russia). THAT'S hunting. These losers should have hidden their faces. They killed a magnificent animal for FUN! Not food. Not clothing. FUN! Too bad the boat didn't flip over so the alligator had a chance at some fun of his own....hunters, my ass.
