  3. Who's SUV is that? It doesn't look like Wicomico County Sheriff's Office? Is it Delmar PD?

  4. Blair Rinnier running some nuisance properties there. The County needs to crack down on him and find him criminally negligent.

  6. Can someone explain why Delmar PD is there? This clearly is not in Delmar, for that matter not even close to Delmar!

  7. More than likely Delmar is there with their K9 to assist.

  8. Not uncommon to see other PD's assisting each other as there are agreements in place that provide for this sharing of resources when a departments assets are requested and they are available at the time.

  9. This place has gone way downhill in recent years. I think most of the nicer tenants are renting at the places over by the mall and near Delmar.

  12. After this attempted armed robbery, there was a break in to a vacant apartment where the intruders mugged a delivery person, a random man passed out drunk in the a hallway of a building, and another vacant apartment was being used by kids as a place to drink and have sex...how was "management" not aware of that one. If the complex is not being held accountable for what is going on in their community, Rinnier needs to step in and up their game.
