  1. Thanks to the EMTS for all your hard work. And thanks to all the voluntary firemen for all you do. And thanks to the foolish leaders of the FD who love to piss good money away. BAD BOYZ of METRO.

  2. You can always count on seeing uneducated statements on these threads. For whatever reason you have chosen to insult the very people that may e called to help you. I now for a fact the things that go on everyday that you never see or speak about. Task such as maintenance, inspections, fire prevention education, training and yes fire calls. It is quite obvious you have issues with someone related to the fire department, but your not man enough to state your issues publicly. You would rather make your daily uneducated pop shots to get the hits to make you feel important. Just what is your beef ?

  3. Apparently somebody is doing a bang-up job with fire prevention because I don't see any fires on this list.

  4. So is it true that there are firemen that went to the convention in Chicago? If so who pays for this?

  5. So 12:37 then how do all those
Towns survive without paid firemen ? Now let me ask you if you ran a company and wasted money like this hoe long would you be in buisness

Aw. Must be a paid fireman doing damage control for his paid job.

Yes it is true. An all expense paid trip on your tax dollars. Must be nice to fly out to Chicago for a week. I can't even afford to drive to Ocean City for the day.

  8. Salisbury paid firemen are vacationing in Chicago Illinois at tax payers expense.

With the economy as bad as it is do you think any city employee should be taking any trips at the tax payers expense including free time off from work?

  9. Wow, only $695 per person, and breakfast is only $30! Add air fare and 2 hotel nights, maybe comes to what, $1300? Each.

    How many went?

Probably closer to $2500 each. I don't care if only one person went that would have covered the property taxes for 2 property owners.

Property owners are sick and tired of people like Rick Hoppes mooching off of them.
