PROTESTER REBUKED BY ANGRY WOMAN FOR BRINGING UP LGBT ‘OPPRESSION’ AT TRAYVON MARTIN RALLY: THIS IS NOT ABOUT ‘NO GAY S**T!’

A protester who mentioned the “oppression” of the LGBT community at a pro-Trayvon Martin rally in Washington, D.C., over the weekend was chastised by a female demonstrator for mingling the two causes. “This is about a black kid getting shot down because he was black, not no gay sh*t!” she said.

“The case of Trayvon Martin makes something abundantly clear…there’s democracy in this country for a group of people, for the 1 percent, and the rest of us, the working class, black and brown people, LBGTQ people, we don’t get democracy,” a bearded protester says on video, speaking through a megaphone.

“We get capitalism, we get white supremacy, we get homophobia and LGBTQ oppression,” he added.” We’ve got to change that, and if there’s any question about, do we have democracy in this country, I think the case of Trayvon Martin answers that question very clearly.”

  2. This shows how bigoted and mean spirited those who are "disappointed" by the trial verdict really are -- it makes them easy prey for Obama to stir up even further.

  4. Mustn't steal their "hate whitey" spotlight. Not everyday the media gives them a fabricated reason to riot.

  5. Yeah 954, because we all know that vicious anti-gay vitriol is a unique part of Obama's base and we never hear any such thing from conservatives.

  7. once again the double standard is in play. if this dead child had been raised by God-fearing parents to respect others he would probably still be alive. instead he was probably raised under the chant of being oppressed and owed something by everyone. if morals and grades had been the chant at home he could have been a very productive individual.

  8. Why did the parents of Martin wait a whole day to find out the reason their son didn't come home the night before was because he was dead? Sounds like they never knew where he was?

  9. If Travon had been white there would be no issue. End of conversation. Just a bunch of lazy racist with nothing better to do.

  10. Where did Travon get the money for all the jewelry that was laying on his bed? The pictures that were on his cell phone and facebook page will not be withheld in a civil trial. Why was he carrying burglary tools?

  11. The stand your ground law grants the alleged to be immune from civil suits.

  12. The people who are still protesting about it is stupid the case is over and Zimmerman wasn't white if I remember correctly he was Hispanic. So how is a white and black radical incident.
