  1. Laws the law. It's not difficult to meet at a FFL's location and pay $20 to have it transferred. Glad to see them using the laws that were already on the books.

  4. Former Military?????? Also former OCPD and Snow Hill police officer, that has burnt more bridges than 10good cops could repair! He is a complete disgrace to law enforcement, and is about to reap the benefits of his true self.

  6. This man is a discharged Ocean City Police Officer. He has no military background. He always pushed the limits of regulations and now the law.

  7. ONE rifle got the "gang enforcement" unit on the job? What gang did he profess to be in? What happened was he pissed the wrong people off in Worcester County (in the police department, that is). Arrested at his job to maximize the embarrassment and show other citizens who's boss....

  8. He dared to challenge the system by running for sheriff.
Now the corrupt government thugs will throw him in jail.
    Just like a banana republic.

  9. I read the article. I don't know for sure but it seems he went to Salisbury and tried to sell the gun and someone ratted him out that he was trying to sell it so an undercover buy was set up? If this is how this went down then that's not good and is bad for responsible gun owners who would never dream of selling a gun on the street.

  12. If you don't want the government to know you have a weapon, you buy and sell privately. Most of you commenting about the law, going to a FFL shop to do the transfer, and whatever other crap you are now spewing, are probably the same ones who were saying screw the government, come take them, I got guns they will never know about, etc.

Now a guy gets caught doing just that and you want to crucify him? Why? He doesn't belong to your little group? You don't like him? You are hypocrites?

I think I just answered my own question.
