On June 14, 2013, Michael J. Tingle of Nanticoke, Maryland entered a guilty plea in ten 1st degree burglary cases and one attempted 1st degree burglary case arising out of a series of residential burglaries throughout Wicomico County that he committed from August, 2012 to January, 2013. He was sentenced to 130 years in the Division of Corrections, with all but 37 years suspended, and 3 years of supervised probation upon release. Tingle was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims upon release from prison as a condition of his probation.
Wicomico County State’s Attorney Matthew A. Maciarello commended Detectives Hamilton and Elzey of the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation for their work in the investigation and prosecution of this case. Mr. Maciarello also thanked Sr. Assistant State’s Attorney, Paul R. Montemuro who prosecuted this case.
I grew up with this punk. This guy was a punk his entire life. Trust me, he'll be wearing lipstick in a hurry.

ReplyDeleteI grew,up with him to he was a good boy but started hanging with the wrong crowd. And got into some pretty hard s***, which I am sure played a big part. But he did what he did so now he has to pay for it. Its a shame, when once a good kid turned into this
