He was found guilty on one count of CDS-not marijuana. The other 2 counts of CDS-not marijuana and 3 counts of Paraphenalia were nolle prosed.

He is no longer working there as a chemistry professor, but he is still living illegally in subsidized Milford Twilley housing with that entitlement queen who was working on her CPA degree. Funny she isn't taking any classes either, but it looked important on her campaign literature.
The courts ruled and even though I may not agree with it that is how this matter stands. I agree that once marked follow up is needed to straighten him out or have justice served.

Wait a minute. He pleaded guilty to one count of CDS and all he got was a fine of $300 and court costs? No jail time, even suspended? Nothing?

Oh we are just so glad you cleared this up for us 3:17. It's so nice to know that he has valid precriptions for so many CDS's and still feels compelled to break the law and posess another one without a prescription,

And what do you call a valid prescription? And why did he have those so called valid prescriptions?
I remember this past year seeing mommy Mitchel riding around on a Fatman Scooter in Walmart. Saw her on crutches. Missed meetings and work shops due to injuries/illness. Do you suppose the non valid prescriptions came from Mommy? Can you be honest about this one?

ReplyDeleteThe sentence was a little harsher than normal for this defendant. Most are offered the State's Attorneys Office First Time Offender program. This is still a conviction it is not a Probabtion Before Judgement, which most first time offenders are offered with the successful completion of the SAO First Time offender program.
ReplyDeleteHad he acquired an Attorney and even a Public Defender, he would have faired much better with his sentencing.
