Accused: Christina Anne Rhine W/F of Bowie, Maryland

BRIEF RESUME: On May 10, 2013, at approximately 3:40 am, a trooper from the Salisbury Barrack stopped a 2008 Mitsubishi Maryland registration 1EXB01 for a stop sign violation at the above location.
The trooper observed signs of impairment from the driver. Further investigation led to the arrest of the above driver. The above driver refused a intoximeter test and was issued the proper citations and released to a sober friend from the Salisbury Barrack.
