Pork In The Park Cornhole Tournament - Registration Closes This Friday

Salisbury, MD – The third annual Pork in the Park Cornhole Tournament is slated for Sunday, April 21st at WinterPlace Park in the Salisbury, Maryland. Registration is $30 per team, and is open through Friday, April 12th. Teams can register online at www.PorkinthePark.org.

The tournament is based on two-person teams and includes a straight double elimination using American Cornhole Association (ACA) rules. The bracket will be randomly seeded once all registrations are collected. Teams must check-in between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Play begins at 1:00pm and will continue until a winning team is declared. The first place team will receive $300, second place $150 and third place $75.

  2. They need to do something about parking and gridlock. If I wanted to be stuck in traffic, I may as well just go to Ocean City.

  3. I agree. Who plans these events. Why plan this when the Shorebird's have a home game at 7:05. Grid-Lock you count on that.

  4. It is not for the locals but rather for the county and corporate business (hotels) that make money off the contestants and vendors. Went the first year and have not been back since.
