On Saturday, 59-year-old Bobby Glen Jackson, who does security work as a side job, was arrested in his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and scheduled to be extradited to New York on Monday to be charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
When Jackson, a concealed carry permit holder in North Carolina, took a trip with his wife and daughter to the World Trade Center, he made a decision that quickly turned him from typical tourist to suspected terrorist: He carried his pistol with him to New York.

He will win!! its a communist illegal law and agsinst 2A
ReplyDeleteHe made a very stupid mistake. He hid a loaded pistol under a couch cushion. What a moron.
ReplyDeleteAS a person with A CCP, NC should revoke his permit as well. Who in their right mind hides a loaded pistol under the cushion of a piece of furniture in the public area of any place in New York City. That goes against everything we are in hunter safety about the responsible and ethical ownership and handling of guns. What if Little Johnnie found it and capped a couple people thinking it was a toy. I don't agree with New York's gun laws, but this isn't the test case that will change them.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he's an idiot who will contribute to the left's ignorant agenda.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame. But no reason to qualify New York's, Maryland's and 20 other state's ignorant CC laws.
If admits that he drove through the great state of Maryland, then he violated the laws here also.
