Sorry, what does 15-18 mean? Is that a percent? compared to what? 2,000? -1,000? 35? ten? And as the last commenter said, heart health? mental health? toe health?

Gosh! what a great number! if only we could be told how to value it.....

I'm guessing here, and it's only a guess, that the independent value of the reporting agency we probably paid millions to is ZERO, and you can compare that with the I.Q chart!
