Maryland officials say they will appeal the Federal Emergency Management Agency's denial of a request for individual assistance for residents of the lower Eastern Shore in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.
Ken Mallette, the director of the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, announced plans to appeal the decision on Tuesday.
FEMA notified Gov. Martin O'Malley on Monday of the decision to deny the individual assistance declaration.

omalley needs to just get it through his head that obama and all the other democrats think he's nothing but a peon.
