Several Teens Injured In Police-Involved Accident

Baltimore police are turning to surveillance cameras and witnesses to learn the cause of an officer-involved accident.

The wreck happened early Saturday morning and, as Gigi Barnett explains, several teens were injured in the collision.

Accident debris lines the intersection of Whitelock Street and Eutaw Place in Northwest Baltimore. The accident happened at 3 a.m. Saturday. Seven teens were inside one vehicle, which was crossing through the intersection. That car collided with a police cruiser on an emergency call. The teens say the officer didn’t obey the red light.

  1. 7 people in 1 car? The driver is 17 yrs old and they are out at 3AM? I thought there was a restriction on a teens license so they couldn't drive after midnight or something and couldn't have passengers unless they were family. I know they changed many things since my children started driving.

  2. I bet their Parents voted for Obama.

I bet the Officer was white and they were all black, and Obama calls the black parents to the White House to discuss the matter.

My priorities are just fine. Maybe these children's parents should get theirs in order. No reason for kids that age to be out at 3am with that many people in a single car. You as asking for trouble. They probably had the music up load and were not paying attention.

Wouldn't matter IF they did. It's already been stated the cop didn't follow protocol and stop at HIS red light.

And I don't believe your priorities are 'just fine'.

You seem to be more concerned with why these 7 football players are out riding around then with why the accident happened and the serious injuries they sustained.

And it also seems like you are trying to exonerate the cop, which I would bet money they find him at fault for causing the accident in the first place.

    Enjoy your evening. Peace.
