ReplyDeleteI believe before they do anything, they need to figure out how they can cut out unnecessary items and make it less of a burden on the taxpayers. But then Fredricksen wouldn't be getting what he wants. We couldn't have that happen could we? Hell let's just name the school after him and Pollock.

ReplyDeleteIf our economy stumbles - out of the gate - right after the election it could prove detrimental for wicomico taxpayers. With sequestration warnings, and another looming recession on the way - we are soon to find out if they made the right call.

ReplyDeleteStevie had her feelings hurt when people were upset on how she voted against it originally. So she sold herself, her self respect an any chance of being re-elected. She doesn't have to worry about how much her taxes go up since her pockets seem to be running over with $$.
ReplyDeleteHas anyone questioned why Wi Middle was built long ago yet no one complains about it needing to be rebuilt.

Anyone who is complaining on here needs to come out to the school and see what it is like. Classes are held in "classrooms" that were intended to be storage closets. There is no air circulation. You have no idea, and would be complaining if your children were in this environment.
ReplyDeleteThe conditions in Bennett Middle are awful. Anyone that is complaining needs to come in and see them for themselves. If you have not been there, then you have no right to complain about a new school being built for OUR COMMUNITY! Classes are being held in what was originally storage closets and there is no air circulation. It is not fair to the students. Thank you Council for approving this.
