    60+ in a 40 zone, wet streets, not even close to making the light. Was someone on a cellphone, maybe?

    Throw in a DUI.

    "Despite the violence of the crash, the driver of the vehicle which flipped over was treated for minor injuries. Chrstian Irala, 29, was charged with DWI. Police estimate he was going between 55-62 mph when the crash occurred.
    The other driver was unhurt."
