Work release? He hasnt worked in the last several years...claimed disability. Now he can work? Whats up with that?

They call that punishment? Might as well just smacked his hand! I guess Matt screwed that case all up? Why was his bond so high if this is all they had on him?

It is a felony record and a guilty verdict. 5 years suspended all but 9 months and 3 years supervised probation. He has another case coming up.
