Former Cape Student's Day In Court Looms

A long-anticipated federal court trial involving a Cape Henlopen student who sued the district, school board and two teachers is scheduled to begin Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Jury selection is set to begin Monday, Nov. 14, in federal court in Wilmington, where the trial will follow two days later.
