BREAKING NEWS: Durable Goods Orders Rise In May

The Commerce Department reports orders for long-lasting goods climbed 1.9% in May from April, topping economists' estimates of a 1.5% increase. Excluding the transportation segment, durable goods orders rose 0.6%, short of the 0.9% economists had expected.
