So what does our future leave us with Mr. Comegys. Will we see Mike Dunn on one side and Barrie Tilghman on the other? Or perhaps it will be Muir Boda and Palmer Gillis. All I can tell you is, when it comes to a Fire Boat or illegal ads to sell a Fire Station to an old friend, whatever it takes Mr. Comegys will get there to make his vote.

Joe, this is 12:01 again. I was wondering about the salary because maybe its high enough that he feels he has to keep hanging around due to medical bills. I thought I read somewhere it was around $7,000 per year. Anyone know for sure?
ReplyDeleteCouncil members are paid $10k annually. Comegys draws a retirement check from the State of Maryland and the Fire Department. He has state funded health insurance.

I see your point here. If Comegys were to become more ill and Smith and Shields needed his vote I can see them raising his hand or kicking him in the shin to cast a vote.
