  2. Am I reading this correctly? The computer equipment was seized in Feb 2010 and it took until Nov 2010 to receive the results - 8 months. And then another month for the piece of scum to be arrested. Unbelievable!!!! How many children did he hurt during this time??? Why did it take so long? Just wondering, can anyone shed some light on this?

  6. 8 months is actually a great turn around. It's usually ALOT longer.

  7. It takes so long because there are only 4 computer forensic examiners for the entire state. They are doing the best they can with the resources they have. And it's totally grant funded from the Feds, without that grant there would be no computer forensic lab. Sad but true.

  8. 12:03 Thanks for clearing this up. If you look at his record on the Judicial Case search he was arrested a few months before for 13 counts of child pornography and is waiting a court date sometime in Jan. Hope they States Attorney has a strong case the will keep this monster in jail for a long time.

  11. To those knocking the time it takes, not only are the resources limited for the forensics needed, they have to make sure they will have a case that will stick.

Sounds like they've done that and I hope this child porn lover and animal abuser rots in jail.

  12. According to the judiciary case search site, he bonded out yesterday.
He received a suspended 90 day sentence on 3 counts of animal cruelty in Wicomico on 11/18, which are under appeal.
He has a long, long history.
What is he doing on the street?

  13. Dont bust on the technicians at the Crime Lab. There are only four of them and they are processing for EVERY law enforcement agency in the State of Maryland. This case is one of thousands that are submitted to them each year.

  16. No wonder the jerk had all those animals !----He used them to warn him of anyone coming around his house!
90 day suspended sentence for animal cruelty ,huh!! He left a dog in the car to die from the heat & 2 other counts of animal cruelty. He should have gone to jail or better yet----Lock him in a vehicle in 90 degree heat for an hr or however long it takes him to die!

  19. amazing that the government gives these sickos a pass, but let some parent of one of his victims take action that our government wont take and you'll see the full force of our government come down on that parent. hopefully if and or when that happens there will be one juror that says if the government would have done their job then that parent wouldn't need to have done his! and then vote to let the parent go!
