How Long Will You Wait In Line For A Restaurant?

  1. For a restaurant I want to eat I will wait until it is my turn. We eat at Sage Diner every Sunday. There is always a waiting line. We wait as long as it takes. Same goes for Delmar Pizza..as long as it takes.

  2. 20 minutes TOPS! My husband says he stood in line when he was in the Air Force and that did him in for further "wait in line" so we have a 20 minute limit!! Which seems reasonable to me too.

  3. It depends on the restaurant. I've waited 45 minutes to an hour for some of my favorites like Suicide Bridge, Harborside and/or Outback.

  4. 15 to 30 minutes depending on how hungry I am or how bad I want to eat at that particular resturant. We always try to go early to avoid the wait or not go at all.

  5. 15 minutes!

Oh and B.T.W. that means 15 minutes. Not that they tell you 15 minutes that turns into 30. When the 15 minute mark is reached, I leave!

  9. Every Monday in the summer my friends and I would wait for at least 2 hours at The Grannery in Georgetown MD for wing night. They had the best wings on the shore for $.35 each and had half price burgers w/ fries. The wait wasn't bad because we drank outside on the dock.

  11. 15 minutes if I'm early for a reservation - that's as long as I'll wait in a doctor's office before rescheduling.

  13. In this economic climate, waiting lines to get into restaurants have pretty much become extinct. In fact, my memory fails me as to the last time I had to wait in a line.

  14. Depends on how bad I am craving the food.. I have two kids under 7 so, waiting for long periods of time (45min/+) does not happen very often:)

  15. I don't wait for any business to take my money. If there is a line, I leave. The best food in town is right at home in my kitchen, that is the only place I wait for it to be cooked. If they want me to wait, they can pay me for my time.

  17. Never have waited in a line to eat and never will! Too many options to stand around waiting, plus crowds often lead to slow service which adds to the wait time.
